Good people would hire them again

He was unprofessional and did not complete the job.

He was very friendly and knowledgeable

I had previously used Jerry on several jobs. My well water had a bad odor so he recommended we replaced it with an iron breaker. When I asked him how this system could replace my chlorination and carbon filter system, he said **I promise you that this is a very good system** and that he has installed many of them. He installed the system in December 2019 and my water smelled worse. He said it would take a month. Then, he said it was the pipes then he said we had bad water. I called and texted him over 20 times always some kind of excuse. He stopped returning my calls and texts in November. I had someone else look at the system and they told me he did not install it properly. Now I am being told I might need to buy a chlorination system for $3000, which is basically the system he took out. He still will not answer my calls, only answers texts (sometimes). The system he sold me for $2500 cost him $875 at Gorman. The worst part is that he did not stand behind his work. When I told him I intended to pursue this legally with an attorney he told me he was going to counter sue me for all my lies. I do have all his comments via text. I would not use him again.

They came and checked all the sprinklers, found four that needed to be replaced. Then there were areas in my backyard that had no sprinklers to give my palms trees water. So they came back and added 4 more sprinklers, now all my palm trees are getting the water they need. I was taught how to schedule my sprinkler system, which was a great help. The guy that came explained everything he was doing for me, which I appreciated it tremendously and pointed out certain problems that need to be addressed. He was soooo informative, courteous and his dedication to his expertise and his professionalism was superb!!! I would not call anyone else for servicing my sprinkler system. What was charged for servicing my Sprinkler system was a very good price, have no complaints. They are in my speed dial and I have definitely given their number to my friends who are home owners too!! Sharing the knowledge and expertise!!! Thank you sooo much Mr. Holtzapple, for having employees who love their job and share their knowledge and their professionalism, coming in time and sometimes earlier, was much appreciated too!! They responded to my call on a Sunday within 5 minutes. They came out the next day with a free estimate. Their pricing was very reasonable so o hired them on the spot. They fixed the leaks,replaced some heads, and repositioned & cleaned the rest. They were out of where in an hour. I feel he did not charge me for anything I did not need.
