Description of Work: purchased a 35 tree trimming service using the service from Angie's list from just clicking on the link to order the service sand provide several dates. After being charged the $35 I received a message that they did not service my area. I asked that I please get a refund and was told I would. Its not 3 months later and I have not received my refund.

Description of Work: The project was definitely larger than the $300 Big Deal package; however Beaver's Tree Service was very reasonable; did the work quickly, safely and removed all the debris. Definitely a very worthwhile service.

Description of Work: I have used Beaver previously and they did such a good job that I purchased again to trim a tree that has lots of limbs hanging over a pool. Tim did a great job. Cleaned up and hauled off trimmings.

Description of Work: there are a few dead branches still on the tree but for the price I guess you get what you pay for. all in all it is cleaned up as I wanted.

Description of Work: They showed up on time, however with the wrong crew. They said they would be back the next day @ 9;00 AM but didn't get here till 11:00 AM. I made a call around 9:30 and they said they would call and see where they were I was told they were on their way and would be there in 10 min. At about 10:30 I called again she said they had a flat tire and were on their way. I would think they would have called and told me about the flat instead of making me wait around.

Description of Work: Beaver Tree Service trimmed four palm trees and hauled away all debris. Employees were very courteous, punctual and cleaned up all debris. Will definitely use again!

Description of Work: Ground a stump. There were still parts left after we cleared away the mulch, so they came back to finish. Also, we paid them over the deal price to take away yard debris for us.

Description of Work: They came to cut down & remove a tree from my front yard. I could not believe they did it within a half hour including having loaded all of the debris in their truck to take away. They cleaned everything up like it was never there at all. The next day, they came back to grind down the stump. Very happy with the work.

Description of Work: I got 4 estimates and decided to go with this company as they seemed professional and the price was very fair. I was not there when my oak tree was trimmed and thinned out; I thought they did a great job, but mentioned to the rep, who I called after the fact to remit payment, that there was one area that could have been trimmed to make the job perfect, and she took the initiate to say that they would come back out to do that. I was pleasantly surprised by her tenacity and only half expected that they would actually come back out to do the relatively minor trimming (from off the street light) but a week later, I came home to find that, in fact, they came back out and perfected the job. I was impressed because this level of service is rare, so I would highly recommend.
