Description of Work: I have Beavers' hopefully set up to trim 5 of our tallest Queen Palms now every 6 months..'Saves them work and us "dates" on the ground. The guys do great work and mindful not only when close to the house (tile roof), but with cleanup as well. Highly recommend them if you're looking for someone to do good work and show up when they say they will on time.

Description of Work: Took 3 large trees down. one tree split & was hanging over house, they came immediately to check safety concerns & came back the next morning to remove it. They work hard & fast. I would call them again if needed. Wish they would have cleaned up a little more so i didn't have to because the shredder shoots the chips all over outside of the truck. but it was Friday & they wanted to get to bank before they closed. This was 2nd time i used them.

Description of Work: They were nice on the phone and showed up for the estimate. Once I called back to give them the ok to trim two trees they took down my address and set up a day to perform their tree service. However, on the day they were supposed to show up, somehow the trimmers trimmed the tree of my next door neighbor and not me. I called back and they never offered to lower the price because of their blunder. I had to ask for it. They did a good job, but they need to fix some issues in communication.

Description of Work: Trimmed three medium sized oak trees (approximately 14 years old). Called and arranged for a quote. After checking with the boss, we called back and set a date to get the work done. They showed up on time, got to work right away and were done in a couple/few hours. The trimming was done well, the clean up was thorough, and when I asked for additional branches and limbs to be trimmed, they brought back out ladders and saws to cut additional limbs and were more than happy to do so. The price was about 20% more than what I was hoping to pay but at least I got what I paid for. I would highly recommend them to other Angie's List members.

Description of Work: Palm tree trimming. Though they were on time and charged a reasonable price for their service, I was disappointed in their ability. I expected a crew that would know exactly what they needed to do in order to trim palm trees. Instead they asked me how and what I wanted removed. It seems to me they should have been advising me what needed to be done. |I will use someone else next time.
