Description of Work: I purchased a deal on Angie's list, $99 for $200 Credit Toward Tree Service. I needed some grinding work. He came out on the 6th and gave me an estimate and he was supposed to come back on the 7th of December but he never showed up. When I called they said I was not on the list and the receptionist called the man who does the tree work, and when she called me back they advised me that their grinder would not fit through our gate. It should have been their responsibility to call me and let me know since I did have an appointment set up and the guy never even came.

Description of Work: Trimmed 5 trees (4 palms, one large verbinium)...they were "the" best crew ever!!! I have always applauded Beaver Trees but this crew was exceptional. Also, ground palm stump. The courtesy of "A.J." (think) and his brother were more than expected and the quality of work the best ever! |I'm "neurotic" about my plants/gardens and they took every precaution not to harm my many plants in two front side gardens and the cleanup, even blowing off my yard, left my home looking immaculate. They are the BEST!!!

Description of Work: They trimmed a number of palm trees in our front yard and cleaned up some other small trees. Very professional and helpful, helping to address the clean up we needed. A crew of 4 or 5 came with the proper equipment and they completed the job in an hour. Very impressed.
