Didn't pick up the branches that were cut from the oak tree in my back yard. I had to move them to the street for lawn garbage pickup.

We have used them several times and found them to be responsive and efficient in every instance.

I called them Monday morning to clarify these details. I left a message and as of today I still haven't heard a response.

Everything went great! Beaver's Tree Service came out and in one morning did what would have taken me 10 days. I was very satisfied with the job and look forward to working with them again.

One word sums it up...WOW. Rebecca and her crew did a first rate job! I will use them again for sure. They really worked with me on the price and feel they are in business to serve. My neighbor needed some work done too, so right after they finsihed my house, they walked next door and did a job for my neighbor too. They really know thier business.

This is my second time hiring this company. Back in June they trimmed my palm tree. However this time the job was much more extensive. The team of six was scheduled to arrive at 0900. They showed up around 0830 and immediately started prepping the site while Rebecca walked around with me to make sure she understood what we wanted removed. The team split into two and began work around 0845. One team tackled the large dead oak in the back and the other one worked on the tree in the front yard. I was a little worried about neighbors because an alarm kept going off but luckily I didn't get any complaints about the noise. The team worked quickly and efficiently. The duo that cut down the large dead oak tree accidentally dropped a sizable limb over my neighbors fence. However, they forgot to retrieve it and I had an irritated neighbor waiting for me when I returned home that evening. It was not a big deal and after hearing her out, I apologized for the oversight and simply walked into her backyard and picked up the limb. I'm certain the team just forgot about the limb because removing the oak was such a big job. On the upside, they did a fantastic job removing all the tree remnants from my yard and the only sign of my three trees are the shavings from the ground out stumps. Did also did a great job trimming the tree overhanging my neighbor's pool and it even opened up spots for the sun to sneak through in the mornings. Rebecca Moody is an absolute pleasure to work with and their customer service and professional performance is A+ in my book and I will still hire them again without any hesitation.

Perfect to me. The insurance company wasn't happy that there was still a limb that over the roof. Even though I think it's the insurance company that is unreasonable. When I called Rebecca telling her about the insurance company's request, she responded immediately with a yes. And they came back next day getting it taken care of. It's quick and free. And my neighbor and I are totally impressed with their job & customer service. My neighbor in fact said one of her relatives came over visit her complimented on the job and asked for their contact number. When our finance situation allows, we will for sure hire them to cut down the tree complete. (Their quote for the complete cut the tree down is very reasonable). They are one of the best companies I've dealt with. A**** for them.

It was a small job but what they did was fine.

They were great in every way, kind, courteous, considerate of my other plants, respectful, careful to take correct precautions, they cleaned up and left everything as I wanted. I have referred them to my neighbor and would refer them again.

I purchased a "Big Deal" coupon. The company arrived on time and complied with my request to provide an estimate for the complete job (both within and beyond the scope of the coupon). They did a fair amount of work within the scope of the coupon, but provided a price for the additional work that was higher than previous contractors I had used. Further, they excluded a portion of the work that they deemed too hazardous for their employees. Consequently, I did not contract with them for the additional work. They worked carefully and did an adequate clean up. They were professional and competent. I believed their added scope pricing was high and they were unwilling to do the complete job, so I decided to do no further business with them. I was pleased, however, with the work they did under the "Big Deal" coupon.

The Service was prompt in responding to my request. They came out one afternoon to give an estimate and returned the next day with a crew to do the work. They had an internet deal for first time uses where they gave $1000 worth of service for $750. I believe they did a bit more than the estimate covered for the same price. They were very easy to work with.

Amazing service, watching this group of people was like watching syncronized swimming. Each person had their own job to do and did it, and a supervisor was on site at my house making sure the task was being performed perfectly. They were very very polite, worked quickly and the cleanup was more than I ever thought a tree service would do. Total professionals start to finish. Would absolutely call them again.

They are doing a really good job. They arrived on time. We explained to them how we just planted our lawn one month ago. They were very particular and covered the lawn before laying the branches. The made sure that the lawn was not damaged. Their price was great!We called a couple of other people for estimates and they were nearly three times as much. She is very responsive. Anytime you call, you get a answer from her right away. If she wasn't able to answer the call, she will call you back within half an hour or less. They are very polite, professional and good.

AFTER TALKING WITH REBECCA, SHE TOLD ME THEY WOULD JUST TRIM MY PALM TREES FOR THE $300. I MENTIONED TO THEM THAT THEY ADVERTISE ON THEIR WEBSITE THAT THEY CHARGE $35 PER PALM TREE FOR MY SIZE OF PALM TREE WHICH COMES TO $245. I ASKED THEM TO DO SOME ADDITIONAL TRIMMING OF SOME LIGUSTRUM BRANCHES AS PREVIOUSLY MENTIONED TO MAKE UP THE DIFFERENCE IN PRICE. THEY AGREED TO DO THAT BUT THEY WERE WATCHING THE CLOCK AND REBECCA TOLD ME THAT THEY HAD ALREADY SPENT TOO MUCH TIME ON THIS JOB. EVEN THOUGH THEY HAD FIVE PEOPLE ASSISTING WITH THE WORK THEY MANAGED TO DROP SOME PALM LEAVES ON TOP OF SOME PETUNIA PLANTS TOTALLY CRUSHING THEM. AFTERWARDS I HAD TO CUT DOWN THE PLANTS TO ABOUT 2 FEET TALL TO GIVE THEM A CHANCE TO RECOVER. AFTER THEY LEFT I FOUND A LARGE PALM FROND HIDDEN BEHIND MY PODACARPUS. THERE WERE ALSO SOME PALM FRONDS STILL STUCK UP IN THE LIGUSTRUM TREES WHICH WERE NEXT TO THE PALMS. THEIR CLEAN UP AFTER THE JOB WAS NOT VERY GOOD AS THEY WERE IN A BIG RUSH TO LEAVE. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE TO TRIM MY REMAINING 9 LIGUSTRUM TREES WHICH WAS $10 MORE EXPENSIVE PER TREE THAN THE PALM TRIMMING. I CALLED MY PREVIOUS TREE SERVICE, WHO HAD BEEN ON VACATION WHEN I ORDERED THIS SERVICE, AND HE CAME HE DID THE REMAINING TREE WORK FOR HALF THE PRICE OF THEIR ESTIMATE AND HE CLEANED UP THE REMAINDER OF THE DEBRIS THEY HAD LEFT BEHIND. SINCE THIS WAS A BIG DEAL FOR HALF PRICE, THE PRICE WAS GOOD, BUT THE QUALITY WAS LACKING AND THEY WERE IN A HURRY TO COMPLETE THE JOB WITHIN A CERTAIN TIME PERIOD. I WILL NOT USE THEM AGAIN.

Excellent value for the service

Crew in two trucks arrived and introduced themselves. They li stened to what I wanted done, and inspected the trees. In just a few minutes, came back with a written estmate to which I agreed. They went right to work and were done in about an hour, all limbs and debris chipped and carted away. I had purchased an online offer, so all I had to write a check for was the difference. ($50) I will be using their services again on my other house.

Very satisfied with their service.

This is the first poor experience I have had with Angie's List. The initial estimate was fine and they beat out the others we had seen by quite a bit so we set a date and a time. My husband moved his moring appointments to be here while they were here. The appointment was for 9am, at 1040 he got a call that they would not be albe to make it until 1. He had to cancel his appoitments to be there for the rest of the day to wait for them. After they finished he called to give our payment but the lady we had been dealing with couldn't take it then and said she would call back in an hour. That was at about 5pm. She didn't call back until much later that evening when we were at dinner. The next day I went to go check my account online and I had two charges on my credit card for the service. One is still pending so if it doesn't clear we will have to dispute it. Overall, I'm not sure the money we saved by using them was worth the trouble. The work they did was good but I was not pleased with their service at all.

Beaver's Tree Service were punctual, the crew was polite and professional. They performed all the work as described in their proposal and left the yard immaculately clean! Will definitely call them again!

They did a very good job trimming the palm tree and they also did a very good job picking up and taking away the trimmings before they left.

We called on a Friday and they were here on Monday. They arrived on time and after an initial discussion about what we needed done, they started to work. They removed any furniture that might be in the way and cut out all the dead branches. They cleaned everything up and put back everything that had been moved. The entire crew was friendly, quick and very professional, not stopping until the job was complete in spite of the nearly 100 degree temperature. We have recommended them to friends and will certainly use them again ourselves.

Beaver's arrived promptly at the time scheduled and brought plenty of help to get the work done quickly and efficiently.

They showed up and did a great job trimming trees and cleaned up after themselves and checked with me to assure I approved.

Was looking for a reputable company to take care of my tree trimming since my regular guy was whining about coming "all the way from Clearwater" to trim my trees in Town & Country, when I received the Angie's List deal for Beaver's. They already had all A's on their reports, so I thought it was a great deal. The day after I purchased the deal, Rebecca from Beaver's called me to make an appointment. She didn't even blink at the thought of driving from Gibsonton to my house! They were prompt, courteous, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The whole team was very professional and did a great job just in time for our brush with Isaac.

I purchased the Big Deal of $300 worth of tree service for $150. Work done was excellent. Oak tree looks great. Called them after I purchased the deal and they scheduled an appointment for a few days later. I was not able to be home when they came, but I explained the work I wanted done. When I came home from work that night the only evidence that they were there was that the trees had been cut. There was not a hint of mess anywhere left on the ground. I would definitely use them again for my tree work.
