I used them twice now. They were reliable. They did the job and cleaned up everything because it was pruning of trees. I actually got no problem with them.

Very careful of surroundings and I was very pleased with the overall job

The deal we signed up for was $199 for $400 in trimming, which was for 4 trees, but how much work do you receive for $400? Obviously, we do not know, however, the team that was here was professional, asked what we thought about each tree and trimmed more as we asked, cleaned up the yard perfectly, no leftovers for us to remove, and the trees look wonderful. And no longer can the squirrels jump to and from our roof to the trees in the front yard. Yeah!

I was very pleased with the amount of work they did in such a short period of time. They did such a good job of cleaning the trees of moss and cutting out dead wood. They improve the look of the trees tremendously. I had them come back and do the rest of my trees. They cleaned up all the litter from the pruning. I have no complaints and would definately have them back again.

Upon calling to schedule an estimate appointment from my Big Deal purchase, to my delight Ms. Moody advised me that her crew was already in my area and, if I wanted, could start work immediately. After meeting with Ms. Moody, expressing my wishes, and listening to Ms. Moody's recommendations, I was provided a detailed estimate. Having had a previous poor encounter with another tree service company several years ago, I was uncertain what to expect but decided to proceed. As an individual climbed high in my oak trees and began trimming, it was like watching a trapese artist perform with a chainsaw. I could not believe the skill this crew had in cutting down heavy limbs all while avoiding my pool screen enclosure. When the job was nearing completion, I was asked to inspect the job to make sure I was satisfied with the work and if I had any questions. I was not only impressed with the work performed but how the crew left my property. You would never know I just had numerous large trees trimmed. There were no twigs, leaves, or debris anywhere. I could not have been more impressed with Beaver's Tree Service. I will definitely use them again and recommed them to friends, family, and co-workers.

The crew was wonderful. They were very polite and professional. The clean up was excellent. I would definitely use the company again and highly recommend them to others.

Rebecca came and gave me the estimate on the promised day. The estimate was considerably less than others. We scheduled the work. The contract was for 90% removal of moss since it was literally covered and is probably a 70 ft. tree. Five hours later the tree was completely moss free and beautifully trimmed. They also cleaned up all the mess, blew out the gutters and raked. This is the second time I have used this company and am completely sold. Very professional and courteous and great work.

After they left, I noticed they didn't trim everything I requested - they missed the branches over my property & my neighbors. I should have paid more attention as they were willing to do what I wanted. I almost gave them a B for quality because I think they guy with the leaf blower could have done better getting debris off my front porch area...many twigs & leaves were left behind but the majority of the work deserves an A. They did a great job cleaning up the debris off the properties and street. Overall, I am very pleased with the work and the price. The crew was very nice, respectful and they worked very hard nonstop. I will be looking for another coupon to help manage my costs as I seem to have a never-ending supply of oak trees to trim.

The crew arrived slightly early, which is good. The leader asked specifically what I wanted done, and when I pointed out only the one large hazardous limb on an oak, and dead wood on that same tree and several pines in my front yard, she asked, "What else do you need?" Apparently that--which seemed like a lot to me--hadn't quite maxed out the Big Deal service I'd paid for. One crew member suggested removing dead wood from the pines in my back yard, and that was what we agreed on -- and there was quite a big of that, too. They cleaned up stray twigs and leaves, and left my yard actually tidier than when they'd arrived. They pointed out all the work they'd done for my inspection, and it was all good!

I had a coupon for $400 worth of tree service that I paid $200 for. They did at least $400 worth, then I added some additional trees to be trimmed. I was very pleasedck

Ms Moody is applying for us for the permit (as we'd like to know if we have that option if we need it) for us, but added we don't need to feel we need to go with Beavers if we choose to get the work done. She explained an inspector from the county would come out to check the trees, then Beavers would get back with us about if its been OK'd or not. We are awaiting all this. Ms moody was very knowledgable & helpful.

I have been putting off hiring a tree service since 2005 when several hurricanes and then winter freezes did a lot of damage to our trees. I didn't know who to hire and was afraid it would cost way more than I could afford. I found Beaver's Tree Service on Angie's List and gave them a call. I spoke with Rebecca, the manager, and set up an appointment for the following Monday at 12:30 pm. I arrived home at 12:25 and they were waiting on me. We went over all of the trees on our property and they answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns for the trees, and gave me suggestions of what they thought would be best. I was so excited with their knowledge and the estimate was so reasonable for all of the work I needed to have done. I asked when they could start. They had equipment in the neighborhood and said they could do the work that afternoon. I had to get back to work and left my yard in their capable hands. I got home after dark so I couldn't see the trees until this morning and I am thrilled with the work they did. They did everything they said they would, exactly the way they described it to me. They cleaned everything up and I wouldn't have known they had been there, other than my trees look great. I will use them in the future for any work on my trees.

This was a great team. They were friendly, professional and honest. This was a fairly dangerous job as it was a tree between two houses and they did what needed to be done without dropping any branches on my neighbor's house or damaging anything. They did a great job and I look forward to doing business with them in the future. My experience with other tree trimmers has been mixed at best but these people did a really great job.

The service turned out very well. I was very satisfied with service.

It was wonderful. I had been looking for a tree service whose price was resonable. Two men and a women arrived to assist with our tree problems. They were knowledgeable and prompt. Their equipment was more than ample to accomplish the job. They trimmed and shaped two middle sized ligustrum trees in our back yard and one very large, very tall ligustrum tree in our front yard. They also cut branches and removed the moss in a front yard live oak tree. All clippings were removed. I would definately call on them again. for any tree service concerns we might have.

The service was very unprofessional from the start. They showed up late and the employees were using foul language. They were unprofessional the whole time. One of the employees peed in my yard on the side of my home. I noticed he was doing this because I was watching my grandaughter play in my backyard while they were doing the job in the front yard. They damaged my brand new curbing and plants that were installed around the tree. If they couldn't do the job without damaging my landscaping I would have like to have known that before they started the job. They were even damaging my neighbors yard as well. I had to watch them the whole day to make sure they were doing what they were supposed to do. I have tree branches and saw dust everywhere. They didn't clean up after themselves at all. It is a mess in my front yard. I have a big giant hole where the tree was because of the way they took down the tree. I should have been left with the tree stump. They took rocks from other places in my yard to fill the hole. This was a horrible experience. I now have to pay a landscaper to fix what they damaged. When I talked with the mean about cleaning up they said, "What are we supposed to do with the saw dust?". I don't work in the tree business, they should know what to do. I called the office before I paid the men that were here to see that their procedure on clean up was. She said they are supposed to pick up, rake and blow off saw dust. I told her they didn't do any of that. My family was out in my yard trying to clean up some of the mess while the employees sat in their truck waiting for payment. She said she would call her employees and the next thing I knew, she showed up. She was fine with the job they did and was only worried about me paying her, which I never said I wouldn't. She acted like I didn't want to pay for the job. She told me that when we first talked she told me what to expect on the property and she did not. All she did was give me an estimate for pruning and cutting down the tree. When I complained she just said she needed all of her money and she has never had a bad review. She was more worried about getting the money from me than she was about doing a good job. She was making a scene in my front yard. Overall, it was very unacceptable.

Using AL certificate to have a stump ground. The company was very responsive and accommodating to time and date to perform teh work. They showed up on time and performed the job as requested. They wre also very careful making sure not to damage a wall when grinding the palm tree stump that was only inches away from it,. A cleanup was performed and some superfluous wood grindings were removed to ensure the site was left nice. Very happy with the work and price paid and have recommended them to a neighbour already.

Rebecca got the job done as quoted. Had a stump next to the pool that was creating problems and it was removed completely within an hour of their arrival. I would recommend Beaver's Tree Service. Fair pricing and hard workers.

It couldn't have been easier. We just watched while the stumps disappeared and the holes were filled. There were no surprises, no extra charges, no problems.

I bought $300 worth of tree serv ice for $149. Overall I was completely satisfied and I will use them again in the future.

We hired them under an Angie's List special. I believe it was 4 hours of tree-trimming for $99. We asked if we could add on a few extra hours, and they were very accommodating. The tree trimming over the pool cage was especially dicey as the space in the backyard was extremely tight. They did a great job, and were very professional.

They came out and trimmed some trees and did some extra work free of charge. The service was awesome.

Beaver's Tree Service arrived on time. They had me show them exactly what I needed trimmed. I have a sticky situation with a neighbor that refuses to maintenance their hedgerow. I explained to them it was very important to not cross the property line, and they did an excellent job of performing the needed work work while being mindful of the property line. They worked quickly and thoroughly, and did a good job of cleaning up debris. I will use them again in the future.
