They raised the canopy of the tree they picked. Trimmed the branch hanging close to the house. Couldn't tell if they thinned the tree other than raising the canopy. They cleaned up after themselves. Didn't see any small branches on the lawn.

Two young men provided the service. They were polite and did the job. They cleaned the area after the job without being asked.

The only issue I have is that it took several days because they were about three hours late one day and there was no contact to let me know that they would be late. Also, after the tree was cut, they had to come another day to pick it up and did not let me know they were coming, so my gate was locked and they had to come back. I wish that there was better communication and I think it would be more cost effective for the company to keep in touch. Other wise I was pleased with the actual work done. The date in this review is a guesstimate since I really don't remember when this was done.

Punctual, professional and quick. I was very impressed with how much these guys did in such a short time and the price was excellent considering how much work was done. I couldn't have done in a day what these guys did in 45 minutes. If you considering tree service use Beavers.

The service went very well. The guys came out and started knocking out their assigned tasks. Rain clouds and thunder soon became an issue as afternoon showers began to move into the area. Half of the guys began loading all of the cut material into their truck and the other half were able to finish all of the tree trimming before the rain started coming down. The remaining material was quickly picked up the job site cleaned. Total on site job time was about 2 hours and 45 minutes. Good job guys!!!

The crew was instructed as to the trees to be trimmed and they proceeded to trim trees. They followed all instructions and were very professional.

Everything turned out well. They showed on the appropriate day, they did the work as promised, and they did a good job.

It worked out pretty good. You get this fixed rate and never quite seem to get the full time job but other than that they were very good. They seemed to do fine; it was a fine deal.

Work was completed and was exceptionally happy with the clean up of all debris.

After purchasing the big deal, they contacted me via email to confirm a date and time. They arrived as promised, assessed the work to be done and confirmed that they could trim my oak tree with no additional cost above the $99 I had paid. The four man crew started immediately and accomplished the trimming professionally and with great care. I was very pleased with the results and the price was excellent. I have purchased several big deals in the past and this was by far the best value.

The crew showed-up on time and really did more than I expected. Really nice group of guys who quickly roped off the branches and safely removed them. They were actually fixing/resolving one problem that was caused by another tree trimmer who was passing by and offered to remove a dead limb.The other tree trimmer left the limb partially cut or stubbed. I don't know much about trees but i know that a stubbed limb can shorten the life of the tree and become an even bigger hazard. Beaver's Tree Service did resolved that problem and a couple others for me. It was a great deal and was greatly appreciated.

Crew showed up on time, reviewed work to done, did more than enough, cleaned up and hauled away all debris. Very professional, easy to work with and would not think twice about using them again.

It was a mixed experience. They came and did a very good job; however, they dropped a limb and I heard it when it hit the house. Maybe they didn't see it but it knocked the doorknob off the door that opens out into the backyard. I had to figure out how to get the limb off and then I had to go yesterday to get a replacement and install it myself. I assume they didn't notice that fallen limb; otherwise, their service was fine. I asked them to take down what they could for the amount of the "Big Deal". They cleaned up after themselves very well. They used a chipper for the bigger limbs and they placed the smaller limbs into my trashcans. They were very nice but they came in a little late. There was a miscommunication about what time they were coming and it turned out they came sooner than scheduled.

They were great! Contacted me immediately to set up a day for service and showed up on time and ready to go. Very professional and nice guys. They did a great job trimming the huge oak trees in my yard of a lot of dead branches. Well worth the money, very reasonable. Will definitely use this tree service again.

This was the special deal that was 50 percent off. I wasn't expecting the $199 to include much. I was surprised when the estimators showed up(separate team does the estimating) and they included all 8 trees in my front yard. I had paid more than that previously just to have the 30' palm trees trimmed. The workers showed up when the estimators said they would and did a great job. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

They were very professional, the men all had jobs to do and the work went like "clock work". They even checked with me during the job to make sure they were doing it correct, I was very impressed and have given their name to several people that had driven by to see what they were doing.

Beaver?s tree service initially told me via email they would come on Wednesday the 14th between 9-10AM. I told them that this time would not work for me as I would not be home -and because I needed to be there to consult with them before they would trim so that we could discuss the work (there?s a lot I needed done) and find out how much more it would be than the deal would cover. We emailed back and forth and they agreed to come out on Saturday 5/17 as I would be home and we could have the consultation. Then on Wednesday the 14th, while I was at work, I received a phone call from Beaver?s tree service telling me that they were actually AT my house trimming trees -that they had made a mistake and come out at the time they originally suggested regardless of the fact that we had not consulted yet etc, and they were in the middle of trimming the trees. So they were trimming trees at my house for which we had never consulted, quoted, etc. I spoke with the lady who called and I agreed to let them finish what they were doing but said I'd likely need more done and since I wasn't sure at all what they were cutting, definitely still needed to discuss this job with them. The lady from Beaver's said they would come back out on the originally agreed upon date (Saturday the 17th) to discuss the work they were doing that Wednesday/without the consult/ and see what more would need to be done/ and if they had cut the trees that I had actually wanted cut. She assured me that they would make this mistake "right". I came home within an hour and a half of the phone call and they were already gone, but I saw that they had trimmed some palms and pines but that there was a lot more that needed to be done, plus they cut some trees that I wasn?t going to have them touch-but that wasn't a huge deal. They didn't touch the Oak that I needed trimmed badly and there were some branches of my pines that I specifically needed done, that they didn't touch. They also left a small piece of garbage (a chip bag or something) in my yard and didn?t put my fence back after pulling it up. I called Thursday the 15th to make sure they were still coming out Saturday for the consultation and the lady who answered at first didn?t even remember the situation, and then she finally did remember and said they?d be out Saturday between 9-10am. Well, it is Saturday now, after noon -and they never came this morning nor did they even call me. I?m very disappointed with this first Angie?s list purchase. *****UPDATE****** ALL DAY CAME AND WENT SATURDAY -IT IS SUNDAY AFTERNOON, AND WAS NEVER CONTACTED BY BEAVER'S TREE SERVICE. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. HOW DO YOU TRIM SOMEONE'S TREES WITHOUT CONSULTATION ON THE WRONG DAY AND NOT EVEN ATTEMPT TO FIX THE SITUATION?

They were really great about flexible scheduling and communicating with me. After they had done the job there were a few additional branches that i wanted removed. I asked if they could stop by the next time they were in the neighborhood - and they did. Several days later i came home and saw the branches were gone. I was very pleased that they followed up like they did - i will use them again next season.

Called and got Rebecca, she was very professional on the phone and I told her what I needed. She told me that they could stop by and do a free estimate for me. Sounded good, but I had been warned by other folks about the high cost that I could expect for this kind of service, so I was leery and thought that I would just be sending them away after a super high estimate. John and he "crew" showed up to do my estimate and John was obviously very experienced. I showed him what I would like done and when he told me the price I about fainted, MUCH cheaper that I was expecting. Then I knew I would be put on a waiting list, but when I asked him when they could do it, he told me NOW!!! Blew me away!! They went to work NOW, I could not believe the great equipment they had and the speed at which the went to work getting it done! In less than 45 minutes they had done what I thought would take hours and the work was fantastic, my trees were beautiful again and off my roof. John took the time to explain to me how and why he cut the trees the way he did, which as a engineer, I could care less about till now!! They then raked and cleaned up every limb and leaf, blew clear my sidewalks and driveway and even replaced the tops from my small path night lights that got knocked off during the work. I would recommend this group of guys and this company to any and all that ask about trees maintenance.

The service team showed up promptly at 9am, right on time, as schedule (which I greatly appreciated). It was a crew of 5 or 6 , with equipment - ready to go. i showed one of the team the work that needed to be done, walking them around each tree. Within a few minutes, the team lead brought me a written estimate ($750.00). I had received another estimate earlier this week, and this one was quite a bit higher. I told the team lead that his estimate was much higher than the other. I can't explain why the estimates were so different, but that's the way it worked out. I decided to go with the other tree company who provided the lower estimate (also on Angies List). I did appreciate the team coming out, and would call them again for any tree work I need to have done. It would have been good if the team lead here asked me more about the earlier quote, and offered to negotiate something, esp since they were there and ready to go. It could be that the price is the price, which I get. But still, if we could have negotiated, they may have gotten the work. Still, the full team was friendly and professional.
