Started using this tree service when I purchased a big deal for palm tree trimming. The rice is reasonable, they don't put the ladder against my gutters like some have in the past, they do a good job and they clean up. I have used them several times and will continue to use them.

Price quoted was too high for comfort so passed on big deal and requesting refund.

They came out on a Saturday morning to give me an estimate so that I did not have to miss work. Estimate seemed fair compared to work I have had done in past. Process was explained well. Large oak tree trimmed away from house. Looks nice. They also did a good job of cleaning up the yard when done. Overall happy with the job.

It was not what I expected and the job was bigger than what the deal stated. It felt like it was a bait and switch. There was 6 people here doing the work and they did do a good job.

They were a little late getting started, but did a good job and had it all done in one day. However, the person that came out was not fully informed of everything to be done. After pointing it out, it was done in a few minutes.

The is the second time I have used Beaver Tree Service. They are reliable and do good quality work. They had trouble getrting here on the scheduled date due to storms limiting the time they could work and did not always communicate effectively. When I scheduled a morning appointment, they arrived on time and completed the work quickly, cleaning and efficiently. They trimmed two very large Sycamore trees and numerous other bushes away from the house, off the roof and from hanging over the sidewalks.

It went perfectly as it always does with this company. Their crews are experienced and take great care not to inflict more damage than necessary in the process. We have used them for years and wouldn't really consider anyone else.

Initially, they were very responsive after I purchased the deal. They said that they could come on the 30th. I responded letting them know that was fine and to let me know what time they would be here. When I didn’t hear from them, I had to reach out and they explained they would come out later in the day when I would be home from work. They did not show up. The next day, they showed up while I was at work and no one was there to answer the door. On the following day when I contacted them, they were a little short with me, but we still rescheduled for the next week. When they cut the Palm fronds down, they didn’t have any means to cut them down slowly and carefully. When they had left, my plants were broken but they did clear out the trimmings that they had cut down. They said they were unable to finish the trees in the front and they would have to come back with a lift. They weren’t very prompt in getting back with me and I had to follow up with them. That crew who came out was a different crew and they did a good job at getting that work done. For the cost with the deal, the experience was okay. However, if I would have paid full cost, I would have not been happy with the service. I didn’t feel that the customer service was not very good and they didn’t do a very good job at communication.

Postponed until next year.

They were okay but we had to stop them from cutting a few big branches that we did not want them to take down. They were very average. The scheduling was okay.

About a handful of guys showed up on time, talked to me about what could be done with the amount of work pre-payed for, we agreed and they went to work. About 2.5 hours later, they were done and the work looked great. I had them estimate a few other activities while there and will use them in the future. Great job!

They were great and they did a very good job. They started doing one tree, then we had about 5 Palms that they did work on. One was dead and they cut that completely down. They also trimmed up some of our branches from our neighbors yard too that was coming over the fence. They also did my huge palm tree too. Everything now looks like a tropical paradise. They brought a whole group of guys. They all knew what they were doing. They did have all of the equipment needed the 2nd day and they cleaned up everything nicely. They worked really hard and fast. They were nice, patient and sweet with my mother too. I wished Angie’s List would let me give them an A+.

There is a reason that Beaver's has far more "A " reviews than most all other services in the area. To say that those people have their act together would be an understatement. I contacted four tree services to get an estimate on this job. I just played voice mail phone tag with the first guy. The second, I believe was a younger guy. He wanted me to send a picture of the brush pile to his phone, so that he did not have to drive over to give me an estimate . The third was Beaver's. They sent someone out the next day to get an estimate. Within a few days, they were there to remove the brush, and gave me a great price! Funniest part, about an hour after Beaver's guy called to let me know the job was done, tree service number four called to give me his estimate on the job. To late buddy! I have a much larger and more costly job due in the near future. I'm just gonna call beavers to get it done.

This deal was supposed to have been $400 worth of tree work. I had hoped to get a thinning out of dead wood removal of some smaller limbs and removal of moss from the trees. A team of 3 worked for 35 mins and did light trimming to 2 trees from the ground using a pole say and were gone. The 4th man walked around my property looking at other trees that they would do for an additional price. I wasn't interested.in buying more services from them. This was really not even work the $199 I paid for the alleged deal, much less the stated $400.

Rebecca came over the same day to give us a quote and scheduled the appointment. The crew arrived on time, did all that was expected and cleaned up the area after the job was over. Would definitely use them again.

My experience was fine. They did exactly what they said they would do. They were punctual and the job was done satisfactory. The technician was easy to work with.

The guys came about 2 weeks ago to trim the big oak in my front yard. I was so happy, I wanted them to come back and do the tree in my back yard. They showed up on time, as they did the last time also. They got right to work trimming my large oak. They did a great job trimming and cleaning up. I'm very happy and I have already given their name & number to a family member. I'll see you guys next year, we'll have to do it all again.

I purchased the big deal in early July, and they responded with the earliest day they could do the work. As it neared that date, I tried to contact for a time frame they would arrive, but did not receive a response. I cancelled the first appointment, because of this, and scheduled for later that week. For the second appointment, they were a no show, and I called to see what happened. I received an excuse, with a promise they would arrive the following day (a Saturday). They DID actually show up, but did not have the equipment necessary to perform the work (so, basically I wasted hours waiting for no reason). They scheduled me for the following Saturday afternoon with a promise they would have the lift they needed. However, they were once again a no show, and my attempted phone call to them was unanswered. All in all, this wasn't worth the effort I put into ordering the Big Deal, much less the weeks I attempted at scheduling an appointment. I'd rather deal with the DMV then this business.

Tried to charge us more then double what everyone else we contacted did.

Incredible business! Their communication was professional throughout the process. The team that came out to cut down our tree was awesome and extremely efficient. John, in particular, was very knowledgeable and took the time to talk with me about the process. The tree was down and all of the tree debris was removed within an hour, and the stump was ground down the next morning. Will definitely call them again for any tree services that I need. I like that they were on time. I like that there were some tree branches next to the line and I liked how they made sure they did it. What I didn't like though is there was some branches that fell over onto the neighbor's property and they said that they would go back to the neighbor's house and they didn't. Either they forgot or they didn't feel like doing it so I wasn't happy with that. I thought it would be a waste for me to call and have them come and do it so I just did it myself. They came out on time. They did everything that was written on the quote. It was a reasonable price. They got the job done. They brought out enough people where they did it very quickly which I appreciated. Some of the limbs were near the line and I could definitely tell they made sure that they didn't take out the lines with the limbs because they could have easily done that if they didn't do it carefully. Overall, they did a great job and I would use them again. I wouldn't mind using them again, I just would let them know what happened when I would use them again.

They were prompt and understood all that needed to be done. Excellent job all around from the trimming to the cleanup. Would highly recommend them and will use their services again.

I have used them twice. Both times, very nice and no surprises or add on cost.

I have a huge oak in my front yard and another in the back. Today, we only did the front. I needed the limbs away from my roof, up off the street and away from the power lines. I was afraid those limbs were going to take down the power lines in a good storm. They said they'd be here between 9 & 10. They arrived before 10:15, perfectly acceptable. They quoted the job and got right to work. I had someone else do it last year for $600 and he didn't do near what this crew did. There were 8 men in total, they were polite, professional and friendly. They did an awesome job from the trimming right down to the clean up. At the end, one guy was picking up some equipment and noticed there was some saw dust on my mail box, he actually leaned over and blew the dust off. He didn't know I was watching, he was just very good at making sure everything looked good when they were done. They even did a quick trim for one of my neighbors. I've already had a few neighbors stop by to say how great it looks. One neighbor said that no one had ever trimmed that tree near the power lines before, but these guys got right in there. Come on storms! I'm ready for ya! And I'll see you guys next week for that oak in the back. Great job!

During the tree trimming process, the crew from Beaver Tree Service discovered that our large laural oak in the front yard was infested with wood destroying insects and was becoming a hazard to our home. The tree was 13 feet in circumference 4 feet up from the base a the base was about 5 feet in diameter. We got an estimate from Beaver Tree Service and asked them to submit a tree take down permit for us to Hillsboro County (permit is required to remove this type of tree). Once the permit was received, I called Beaver Tree and told them. They scheduled tree removal three days later, beginning on the following Saturday. They began taking the tree down promptly on Saturday and had all the tree except the stump down Tuesday morning (they worked all four days). Since the stump was too large for Beaver's stump grinding equipment, they coordinated the stump grinding with a different company who completed that process Tuesday afternoon. Very satisfied with both Beaver Tree Service and the stump grinder. They removed a very large dangerous tree from our property.
