This was my first time hiring a tree service so I wasn't sure what to expect. I contacted the company via facebook to see if they serviced my area and then responded yes, but then they also went to my house and provided an unsolicited quote of about $350 on what they thought needed to be done and how much it would cost. So I decided to purchase the deal for $199 for $400 worth of tree service because based on the quote they gave me, I felt that I could get all the work done that I wanted withing the $400 even though what I wanted was a little different than what was provided in the quote. When the arrived at my work to perform the service and I explained what I wanted done they said it would be over the $400. This just didn't seem accurate to me based on the quote they left me, so I feel like myself and the tree service compromised on what to complete within the $400. They did a good job, and it was nice that they compromised with me, but I feel like they wanted to give me less service because of the Angie's list deal. I think communication could've been more clear on my end and on theirs. I would use the service again.

It went smooth and they did seem like they knew what they were doing cause this thing could of done some damage for sure if they didn't!

This is the second year we have used Beaver's Tree Service and they did a great job. They showed up when promised and also did a great job cleaning up. We will be using them for all future tree needs!

I live next to a conservation lot, the very large oaks next to me were overtaking my pool screen dropping twigs and leaves everywhere. Beaver?s skilled workers were up on the lift for hours clearing the overhang. They also trimmed 3 palms and removed the pods attached. They were very professional checking in a couple times to show me the progress of their work, cleaned up all the branches and wished me well.

They scheduled my appointment the same week I purchased the deal. They arrived as promised. They planned and executed the job well. They blew the debris off my pool cage and raked my yard. I was pleased and satisfied . I would use them again. I've already recommended them to my neighbor across the street.

They arrived later than expected. I was beginning to think that they weren't coming, and then they showed up. It didn't take them long at all to cut down the tree and load it into their trailer. Only a few hours. They loaded up the stump grinder and were ready to leave when they came to the door for payment. When I went out to take a look, I noticed that they had not ground down the roots on both sides of the driveway, as had been the agreement. The worker was obviously upset that he was going to have to unload the grinder, grind the roots, and then reload it. He mentioned something about not being told that by the supervisor. That is not my fault. I had assumed that removing the wood chips and sawdust would be part of the clean-up, but was told that it was not. It took me a few days of raking and shoveling to get most of it up. Be aware of that when negotiating your price. Other than that, they did an excellent job, and I would recommend them to a friend. Just be more specific than I was when letting them know what you want and expect.

The Phone service personnel were friendly and helpful. The personnel sent to trim actually showed up early before I had returned for the appointed time. It turned out fine as I saw that the services were already finished and everything was cleaned up and hauled away. They did not damage the plants that were planted below the trees.

Beaver's Tree Service arrived when they said they would for the estimate and then came out again when we decided to add to the job in order to revise the estimate. They accomplished the job when they said they would and cleaned up after themselves. They did a great job on trimming the trees and bushes. I was worried they would not trim the trees enough, but that was unfounded as they trimmed better than I expected. I will use them again in the future when the trees grow out again.

Beaver's Tree Service arrived on time as scheduled and did an excellent job of trimming up our five queen palms in the front yard and a cabbage palm in the back yard. They cleaned up the area and even raked up the palm dates that had previously fallen on the ground around the trees. They did a great job at an affordable price and we will most likely use them again in the future.

I initially bought online the "4 hours of service for the price of 2" (one of the Angie's Deals)- which I've never done before. So i really had know idea what to expect. They were very prompt in scheduling my date of service (within a week of my online request). My goal was to just get the large Oak tree trimmed. I bought my house in March, and the backyard was completely overgrown. I asked them to give me an estimate on all the other items I wanted done. They were very reasonable. Very professional. So happy with the service. They all worked so hard (spent about 6 hours+ at my house). Definitely will not hesitate to use Beaver's Tree Service for any future needs.

They were hired to remove 5 queen palm trees near the front of our house. During the removal they dropped a piece of a trunk and cracked a section of our sidewalk leading to the front door. I explicitly told the individual who came out to quote the job along with the crew that did the removal, to please be careful with my sidewalk and irrigation system. I could've removed the trees myself if I didn't care about damaging my sidewalk.

They arrived on time and listened carefully to what was needed. Quickly got the job done very well.

We purchased the "Big Deal" on Angie's List for 2 hours of stump grinding. We had just removed a large tree from our yard and they came and ground down that stump as well as an older stump that we were never able to get to. There were 2 guys and they did an excellent job of taking out the stumps and cleaning up afterwards. Would highly recommend!

It went well. We priced someone different first and they told us $200 to trim our oak tree. So we got an estimate from Beavers and they said $150. They showed up 10 min early which was nice and did a good job as far as I'm concerned. They trimmed the tree, took away all the branches and blew off all the concrete so there wasn't a mess leftover.

They arrived right on time, performed the requested service at the agreed price and cleaned up all the mess. The street was cleaner than when they started!!! I was so impressed I got a quote for future service in the spring. An excellent experience all around...:-)

The service provided was good, but relied too much on me for which tree branches had to be cut or trimmed. I was hoping the service team would have been more knowledgeable and would have had a better grasp of what had to be cut. Debris cleanup could have been better.

My only complaint is that they didn't come and didn't call within the two hour window I was given. They did call when they were on their way to our house (less than an hour after their two-hour estimated window.) I wouldn't have been as upset by this but it was the third time in two weeks this happened to me. They weren't responsible for the first two and just happened to be the unlucky third ones...but they heard how upset I was. They were apologetic and understanding. I showed them all the limbs that I wanted to have cut down in priority order. I couldn't afford to get all the work done that I'd like to have done right now, so I wanted them to stop when I used up my $400's worth of work. They got right to work and were able to take care of everything I had showed them. They cleaned up the fallen branches and left the yard looking nicer than they found it. I was very happy with their work and I will definitely call them again.

They did great! On time, professional and very neat! Except for the fresh tree cuts, you'd never know the trees were trimmed - no trimmings left on the lawn.
