They responded to my inquiry immediately, came out and gave me a quote. They did the work the next day. There was some complication which was not their fault but they kept to the quote. Very pleased.

DO NOT Hire this company. No, Devon DID NOT do all it says on here. He only changed the innards of the tank and the hose to connect it to water source. He left an awful mucky mess in the whole bathroom including the shower where he emptied my waste basket of dirty, black water! He tracked his wet filthy shoes everywhere. It took me almost three hrs. to clean the room and living room floor. I am 82 yrs. old and it was a great chore. NO I won't have them.

The technician, Mike, refused to fix my toilet stating that it should be replaced. It was only a valve issue. He wanted me to pay over $400 instead for a new toilet. He stated that he was afraid the toilet would leak if he just replaced the valve due to jarring and movement. I did not budget to pay over $400 for something so simple so it was a waste of time. He demanded I pay a **Diagnostic Fee** of $29 even though there was nothing to diagnose. I just needed a valve replaced. Just a very disappointing day. You may need to make sure you have deep pockets when you contact them. Your minor problem just may become a big one, fast.

Very professional

The first young man came on Sunday, which I appreciated very much. However, he couldn't determine the problem then because he couldn't go under the house by himself. He returned the following day with a partner and they quickly found the problem -- my water heater was leaking. They took out the leaking water heater and replaced it with a new one, and did an excellent job. The price of the new water heater and their labor was exorbitant, however.

work was excellent and quick. the price was too high. parts probably 50, 30 minutes labor, over $300. this was too expensive.
