Have used them for years and always great. Especially their plumber Carlos Garcia for current job. Always a fast response time. Carlos knew exactly what was needed and installed the new faucet, fixed the leak and left the work site clean. T^his was not an emergency but still had Carlos there the next day.

Carlos was professional, immaculate and it was refreshing to have the level of communication that I did with this company, that are certainly to be commended for the processes! Efficient and customer service-orientated!

From beginning to finish, Benjamin Franklin Plumbing was extremely responsive and helpful. My technician, Carlos Garcia was very helpful in diagnosing the problem and giving me options to make an informed decision. I had a problem with a leak in an old RO system that I cannot get parts to. He gave me an on-the-spot estimate to remove the system entirely and that was the option that made the most sense for me. It was clear to me that Carlos was knowledgeable. He was also professional from start to finish. I couldn't be more happy!!! I would highly recommend this company!

More expensive than I originally anticipated, but very professional and knowledgeable. The job included removal of old sink, disposal, and dishwasher, followed by redoing the under-sink plumbing to accommodate the new single bowl sink. Then sink installation with new disposal and new dishwasher. And, everything was done on my schedule, which was important because I had several other home improvement projects going on and it was important to get it all done in the right sequence. I will definitely use them again if I have future plumbing needs!

I was able to schedule and receive service quickly 12/24. Kitchen saved! Faucet cartridge replaced no more leaks. Carlos also answered the many, many, many questions from my father. Thanks for your patience and great customer service!
