K.C. and his crew were through and professional. All hard working polite young men. It was obvious they took pride in a job well done. Tile roof and flat deck.

So Professional! David arranged for K.C. to come to my house the next day and diagnose the roof leak which was really cracks in the stucco wall of the chimney. I was so impressed with K.C. and the way he explained exactly what he was doing and all of the timelines involved. I believe he took about 15 pictures inside and outside of the attic, chimney and roof. He was so polite and you could tell he loves his job. I received an email later that afternoon complete with details, photos and pricing. I was unable to complete the project ASAP however the office continued to stay in touch with me until our schedules worked out. Took two mornings to complete due to our South Florida weather and K.C.'s insistence on making sure the paint colors matched the existing paint on the stucco surrounding the chimney. Yes, I would recommend to my friends and I am so pleased. This is a wonderful Christian company that conducts their business in such an outstanding manner. (Roof is water tight as the rains have continued...)

David returned my call regarding two roof leaks right away, came to my home when he said he would and sent his crew of three out the next morning. Showed up on time and worked the entire day. The project manager who estimated the job was very fair. The workmen were focused and did their job without hesitation. They were careful and courteous and professional. I would hire them to do another job without hesitation.

Punctual, honest, professional and respectful. Pro-Tec was considerate of our time, coming out after typical business hours for the assessment etc. The contract was clear and the timelines and anticipated costs were explained thoroughly. The contractor and his team were consistent, hard working and respectful to everyone and everything in our house. Something that was appreciated although not expected was how clean the team was. They swept the area where they were working continually throughout the day and laid a tarp to the front door. We completely renovated an ensuite bathroom from top to bottom and intend on working with them for years to come.

They did an excellent job I would never hesitate in recommending them.
