Description of Work: As a small business owner myself, I can truly appreciate when I receive great service becuase for my business I have set the bar very high for the employees. The number 1 rule is that "it is always about the client". Last May when my A/C was failing, I needed help fast. I run a very busy hair salon and with the door constantly opening & closing and all the hair dryers, washer & dryer, and curling irons going non-stop, the place heats up very quickly. And if you think a client will sit in the chair for 3 hours wearing a cape and getting a full head of highlights, I can tell you that tehy will not. I needed my A/C fixed asap. I called the landlord and he told me that I was responsible for all A/C-related matters and to read my lease. As fate would have it, a 7-Eleven was being built 3 doors down from my shop and I walked over to see if by some chance the A/C guy was there... that is where I met Tom, the owner of Airco.He stopped what he was doing at 7-Eleven (as they were not open yet) and came over and did a patch job on my unit so at least it would last through the weekend. ANd then on the following Monday he replaced my A/C unit with a brand new one. Besides the punctual service and helping me out of a nightmare, I feel he really took care of me on the price - the lowest quote from a competitor was $2000 higher than Airco's. ANd the icing on the cake was how clean he left the salon - I almost thought that he did not show up becasue the salon was so clean and I was expecting a big mess. ANd the cherry on the icing is that my FPL bill went down over $50 per month, even during the summer when the A/C runs non-stop.I would recommend Airco without hesitation - you will great service, a fair price, and not have to clean up a mess afterwards.
