Very courteous customer service...sat down and talked with the owner while signing paperwork! My roof was completely done in less than a day and has been perfect ever since! Love me some Whitrock! Best service for the money by far!!

No follow up to see if the job was done right. Had to get them back to fill up a hole made by their equipment. They also failed to install a ridge vent. Had to come back and install another off ridge vent. Also, while replacing a boot around the exhaust vent on the roof they disconnected the interior exhaust vent. I am an elderly woman and single so not knowledgeable enough to know how to check. Found the disconnect after a week of exhaust fumes being released into my house. I found the problem when replacing my furnace filter.. I felt bad for a week with a sore throat and sinus pain before I found it. Could have been a lot worse if I had not discovered the problem.
