Great service

Jon worked diligently and far more patiently than I ever could have to get the motors replaced and to ensure I could be open for the weekend.
C.S.S. has repaired many other items in my restaurant, and I have never, ever had a complaint. Steve, the owner, is always willing to accommodate me. His repair techs I have met (Dan and Jon) have been very thorough and professional.
I highly recommend these guys. I use them now whenever I have a problem.

My tenants called me on the Sunday before Memorial Day. Steve sent a technician within the hour to assess. The technician had been to my home as the unit had gone out before and had written that the unit was probably going to need to be replaced soon in his previous report. He said that it might last the year but wasn't sure. He was exactly right when he said that it needed to be replaced. Steve said that he would personally visit Tuesday Morning and I spoke to him at 0730 on Tuesday when he was on his way to the site. He gave me an accurate assessment and said that it needed to be replaced and then offered to discount the system price by the amount of the previous service call and by mentioning that I was a member of Angie's List. He sent me 4 proposals with varying amounts from least expensive to most expensive and I chose the Trane XL20i system. He called his supplier to see if he could get the unit shipped next day (it was) and he spent the next day installing the unit advising me of progress along the way. He then sent an email with the final bill and photos of the before and after. Steve and his team do superior work and I VERY HIGHLY recommend him for any work you might need.

The came the same day as I called and checked everything. They explained in detail what I needed and what was still in good condition and did not need replacing. They started worked the next morning early and by late afternoon the job was finished. They did a good job of cleaning the job site. They explained how the unit worked and answered all my questions about maintenance, etc. They were very pleasant to work with and professional. I can recommend this company without any reservations.

They did a good job. When they finished the work, it looked really nice and looked like a very professional job. I liked the way they cleaned up after themselves and the way they did the work.

I had been having many problems with my A/C unit and I kept having Steve come out and check and Steve continued to fix to the problem and payment was next to nothing. Finally I decided to replace the unit and Steve gave us a really good price and the unit ordered and installed in a timely manner. I would recommend Steve to anyone. Steve does a wonderful job and has some great workers.

My AC is very old and slowly leaks freon. I believe the person that came and checked was either owner, part owner or manager. He inspected my AC, said it needed more freon and recommended a new unit. He quoted me a new unit (reasonably priced but an unknown brand) and said he would take the cost of the freon re-fill off the price if i replaced it in the next month. I decided not to but would get an updated quote from them and consider using this company again.

Called Steve on a very hot Saturday afternoon, he arrived about 30 minutes later.Changed a fuse but did not bill me a t this time as he was not sure that the problem was fixed at this point. Told me to call him back with any other problem. The AC went out again ,he came back within 1 hour, pinpointed the problem to an outside corroded wire, replaced it .
