We had called several tree companies to remove these trees and after setting appointments they never came! We called Jimmie Nettle's and he met us the NEXT day! He said he would be back that day to take care of it. He did a GREAT job and was a very kind person. We have already told our neighbors and friends if the need someone he is the one to call. We are very satisfied.

Service went very well. Mr. Nettles performed the service with great enthusiasm. He was very aware of any safety concerns and took all necessary precautions. The job was done very efficiently and we were informed of each step of the process. Felt very comfortable with his actions and was very impressed with his knowledge and experience. Mr. Nettles is a man of his word and we would not hesitate to use him again and recommend his services.

The only reason I gave a C for responsiveness is because I called about 4 months ago. I was told he would come by on a Thursday. He was a no show. Jimmy Nettles was doing work across the street last week. I recommended him to my neighbor. When I saw Jimmy I said I have a bone to pick with you. He remembered me calling, said he has been so busy it must have slipped his mind. I showed him the tree he quoted me a price and he agreed to come back on Monday. The tree was trimmed and they cleaned up the yard and hauled away the trimmings. I will definitely use them again in the future.

It went very well. We have used Mr. Nettles before and liked his services. Very polite, punctual with returning phone calls and showing up on time for scheduled work. My husband and I would definitely use him again and we would highly recommend him. The clean up was amazing after the job was done.

Called Jimmie and he was out the next day giving me an estimate. Everything was done within 2 days of the phone call. That's service! Trimmed trees professionally -- didn't hack them like a hair cut but instead removed smaller branches and left the large, strong ones. Left yard clean with all debris removed. Only concern is one pine that suffered a few scrapes when they used small dozer to pull yuccas and other bushes out from around the base of the tree. I told Jimmy I would have to grade him down on Angie's List if the tree died. He said it would be OK. I'm counting on him being right! Price was a little higher than other estimates but maybe you have to pay more sometimes to get the best person for the job. Overall, a really pleasant transaction and great service.

Jimmie was very responsive and communicative through the entire process. He called if something had to change in the schedule and always called before arriving (the job took 2 days). He was a good listener and responded to our requests to be extra careful re: sprinkler heads. He explained every aspect of the job thoroughly and was careful with existing shrubs and flowers. They knocked on my door and asked if I wanted any tree service done. I asked for an estimate showed him what I wanted done. I told him I wanted a tree removed because it was too close to the house. I also had them trim all the limbs that were hanging over the house. They were here the next day. Hauled all the debris away (an extra charge for this) cleaned and raked up the yard. They also offer a 20% senior citizen discount. At least they did when I had my trees done. I would definitely and have recommended them to my neighbors.

Jimmie was unable to make our first appointment for estimate, but called at given time and new appointment was made. When we did meet he was straight up with me about what he could do and when. He brought a crew with him and had the right equipment to complete the job in a timely manner. I also hired him for work next door at my Mother's house, Work was also professionally done. He picked up at least two other jobs while he was in our immediate area.

Jimmie stopped by the property and asked my husband if he wanted the trees trimmed. They discussed the price and the time to do the work. He came on time and trimmed the trees.

Very smoothly--I got an estimate on the work one day, it was completed the next. Mr. Nettles is very polite and helpful. All of the agreed upon work was done, and the brush stacked neatly on my curb for removal. They even moved my backyard furniture out of the way. I put N/A on price just because I have nothing to compare it to; I don't know if that's a typical price or not. But I felt it was fair. He also did not collect payment until the work was done.
