I used ServiceMagic and sent everything off at 7:15am on a Sunday. I had a call back by 7:30am and an appointment set up for the following day. Nate called when promised, showed up when promised, and completed the job the same day. As a salesman I greatly value the timeliness, attention to detail, and obvious hard-working attitude. Nate installed a backup sump for me and I am extremely happy with it. Anyone that does not use Thornton for their plumbing needs would be doing themselves a disservice.

All 4 projects were completed to satisfaction. He even managed to avoid some potential problems we identified with a shower basin tear out and install.

I was told by friends, that the big company I had gotten a bid from was way too expensive and I was being stupid. I did some research, found the ServiceMagic site, and completed the information. I saw the names and Nate Thornton was on the list. Within an hour after I had completed the online information, he called me back. He could get me a water heater the next morning and was here by 9:30 a..m., and did the job very well. It is obvious he is good at what he does, wants to do a top of the line job, and spent the time/effort to do it. He is very affordable and I saved so much money using him. I would highly recommend him.
