Description of Work: Came out the day after I called to fix a leaky kitchen faucet. Plumber showed me exactly what was wrong and fixed it promptly. This is the second time I have called them and will definitely use them again. Great customer service and professionalism - thank you!

Description of Work: Installed new seal on Kohler water saving commode. I found out later that the plumber installed the incorrect size. Another plumber from S & S Plumbing showed me the difference in the sizes when S & S installed the correct size seal to finally fix my leaking toilet. S & S suggested that Panther used an aftermarket seal that did lot fit the Kohler flush mechanism correctly and thus my toilet continued to run. I 'll stick with S & S from now on. Thanks

Description of Work: date 6-7-2011 I called out Panther Plumbers for a leak in the faucet on the kitchen sink at my sons house. I met the plumber, Mark, there on time and he corrected the problem in 10 minutes without having to install a new faucet which was purchased in case it was required due to the faulty leak. Since it was not needed the plumber said I have to charge for a 1/2 hour do you have any other needs. I said please check all the toilet valves as some have been sticking. He immediately replace 2 flappers and the third was ok. So for the very reasonable bill of the basic home repair we got more done than requested due to his honesty and expertise. I recommend them for my neighbors plumbing needs.

The plumber was very helpful and even gave my husband pointers on how to fix it himself the next time such a thing occurs.
Description of Work: We had a leak in the ceiling of the bedroom. My husband cut numerous holes in the wall and ceiling trying to locate the leak. Once he found it, he was unable to repair it. We called numerous companies and Panther Plumbing was the only one to answer their phone, come right over and fix it in 5 minutes.

Panther Plumbing had a man out the next day even though it was not an emergency, explained all the new water heaters I had to choose from and replaced everything in a couple of hours even though the previous owners had cemented the outdoor spigot into the wall. They removed the old heater and didn't leave any mess behind.
Description of Work: I had an old water heater replaced, as well as my main shut off valve and outdoor spigot.
