Jack, the General Mgr was extremely helpful in explaining the pool resurfacing project and what to expect. He answered all my questions & has kept me up to date as the work is progressing. The demo team of Icederio and Tim did an excellent job of of tearing down the old pool surface & made all the necessary preparations for the next phase of the project. They worked hard, were friendly & respectful. I was impressed by the extra effort they made to get everything neat & clean before they left. Thank you all so much! Anna H.

I have never owned a pool before so I did a little research and found that the Gulf Stream is manufactured near Cape Coral and is built for the Florida climate and conditions. Brian presented me with a quote for a Gulf Stream unit as did another company. The initial estimates were very close but when I asked for the coating process to be applied and to have the app that controls it installed on my phone, the other company's price began to rise.Colonial agreed to include them at a significantly lower cost. I accepted their offer on a Friday and the heater was installed the following Tuesday. After encountering a glitch in installation of the app, the tech called Gulfstream and a technician was here at a scheduled time on the following day.. He solved the problem and left me a number to call if I need help in the future. Over all, I am very pleased and comfortable with my decision to purchase the heater from Colonial Pool and Spa. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

Working with Colonial pool and spa was a nightmare the whole first communication was horrible between Jack and his team no one there was on the same page one person said the liner and paver would be in this day then it changed time they order a liner it was not measured correctly and tried to do a quick fix then fixing it correctly Jack and Matt are never on the same page Jack told us one thing matt did opposite we had a plan for our steps and matt put them in a different place then we had a company building us a pergolas Matt asked the guy when they would be done our company told him two hours and Matt called and lied to jack saying they wouldn't be done for two days Be careful with Matt he doesnt tell the truth i would recommend texting/ emailing i had to go back and screenshot and send it to them to show what they said so make sure you have proof of everything jack and matt say oh on top everything they were supposed to put pavers under our pump to match the patio matt was there he told my husband oh just give the guy and extra 50 i called jack upset it was always one thing after another with this company would never recommend them it was truly a nightmare and i could go on and on about how many things went wrong but last thing i will say for jack claming to be a GM of the store his store is ran really horrible and should be ashamed how things are done specially with Matt and how he speaks and acts towards customers and his assistants at the store never having the correct answers

The repair man Will was so knowledgeable and repaired my malfunctioning automation. He is a true asset to the company. Great job Will

The diagnosis was poorly administered. Rather than bypass a possible defective part they wanted nearly $500 to repair something that was not defective. The problem was in a failed blower fan and circuit board. Diagnosis was incomplete and repairs would have been excessive by their poor approach to diagnosing system failures.

I have been a customer of Colonial Pools for 8 years. The thing I most appreciate is their friendly, helpful customer service and their knowledge about pools. Over 8 years, their weekly maintenance personnel have all been friendly and responsive to my requests. Over the years, their technical team has also installed a salt water filter system, a pool heater, fixed a pool leak and provided parts and repairs for all systems. We are now having our second heater installed after the old one gave out. They provided me with information that was helpful in making a decision about heater brands and will be here to install it within a couple of days of purchase. I would highly recommend them for regular maintenance, repairs and equipment maintenance.

Colonial was quick to respond to my request for a quote and to install the new heat pump. The installer was very knowledgeable and did a great job, including giving me several tips on how to better maintain our pool.
