Colonial has a very experienced staff. They were able to quickly diagnose a unique problem and fix it where others were only guessing. As they are busy, it was not done quickly, but it was done correctly. The end result is we have a fully functional pool/spa and are completely satisfied with their work.

Great company. Representative was knowledgeable; he took the time to explain the different options for a pool heater and answered all of our questions. Everyone was courteous and installation was done on time.

Service person came out twice. (one time for the initial analysis of problem and the second visit to repair our natural gas pool heater). Both visits were on time per scheduled time and the final service was performed quite quickly. We appreciate that we were steered toward repairing our 10 yr. old pool heater rather than being prodded into purchasing a brand new heater. We are very pleased with the outcome.
