I am a community manager at apartment community and have hired many pool companies to service, clean, and maintain our pool. But always had to hire new ones due to cost, service unsatisfactory, or just unprofessional-ism in their office team/staff. Jill in the office has always been very professional, nice, courteous, and sent the pool logs in a timely manner. Even anything asked of for help, getting quotes, pool repairs scheduled she was always on top of and awesome. Not only the staff and service are great but their prices are affordable and never have we had to call them back for the same repair, it gets done correctly the 1st time. It is sad that I was so pleased to have found a GREAT pool company and the only reason they will not have us as a customer is because they will no longer be servicing our area, but if they ever decide to service our area again, we will FOREVER be their loyal customer.

The installation of new pump, heater, and automatic system all appears good; the installers were competent and friendly. My disappointment was in a change in cost of monthly service. I was quoted one price and then received a contract at $40 more per month than the quote. When I questioned this, I was told that I had a large pool (not so) and spa and that was not included in the quote - which is strange as the gentleman was sitting near my pool when he gave me the price. I am very disappointed in that.

They were quick to answer, they set an early appointment and came sooner then that. They were courteous and did a very good job.

The technician did a thorough check of our pool heater,determined the problem, ordered our part and fixed our problem. On top of that he was very personable and able to explain what was wrong and what needed to be replaced. Happy customer!

Outstanding. Mike came by right away and fixed the problem (bad temp sensor on a 1-year old heater). Went above and beyond to get info so we get total cost covered under warranty, even though I said it was an emergency since our granddaughter was coming for Christmas and fix it anyway you can.

Top notch staff. They know their products and have great times for Customer Service responses and installation services.
