UPDATE: the owner (Robert) called and came out after reading my initial review. He took pictures of the pool and checked out my system, even though I said in my review I would still use their services. I was impressed he called to follow up my review. Robert took the time to go over my system, give me tips and pointers on things I could do myself to save money. Showed me how to operate & maintain my pool since I am a new pool owner. I have hired several different pool companies and Colonial Pools is the ONLY company that hasn't tried to rip me off or sell me something I didn't need. It doesnt' get any better than that!!

Brad was clearly experienced and identified the problems quickly. I appreciated that he had the customer ' interests in mind a all times. He provided me with helpful hints, which I really appreciated. The experience was night and day compad to another service I have used. I am a very satisfied Colonial customer and will reuse your services when I require them.

The service was prompt and reliable. Melissa (the lady on the phone) is very nice and humorous - I love to talk to her. But also the service guys are capable and quick. Thank you for doing a great job! I can't really estimate the value - a new pool heater probably needs to be expensive. That's why I didn't give full points.

Deb in the office is very knowledgeable and helpful, not to mention very pleasant. Service was provided when promised at a fair price. Quick to respond after my call. Professional service staff arrived and quickly resolved the problem and repaired the leak.

Right on the money. Set up new pool pump and new heat unit on time and pro install.

Not having any idea what the problem was and anticipating the worse they had every opertunity to rip me off but they didn't. They were prompt, honest and fair and I will continue to call them every time I have a problem like the one I had.

VERY knowlegable&efficient this is the third service co i had! after putting in the new heater they fixed up a new pump installed 3 weeks ago that was not operating properly(installed by another co.)and got my waterfall working.we havent been able to get anyone to get it running for 5years

Responded quickly to request for quote. Price was fair and installation of new pool heater was timely and without a problem.

Left the control on the outside so our inside control was disabled which left the pump running.

As I have already indicated -- Robert was a true professional. I do look forward to working with him again.
