They responded immediately to my call, they were prompt and professional. The Tech explained the problem , the parts needed and cost of repair.The part was ordered and was installed a few days later....I am very pleased about all aspects of my dealing with them.

.I liked that they kept coming back (3 times) until the leak was located and did not exceed the price quoted.. Tech was easy to talk to an answered any and all questions I had. They were up front that they could not give a guarantee on how long the repair would last do to its location (Plastic skimmer shell) but did give a quote to replace the entire skimmer basket if needed. So far so good.

They were able to troubleshoot and repair a problem with the valve arrangement which was preventing the pump function.

Robert was a tremendous help to us. Never knocking the competition, yet explaining the intricacies of owning, maintaining, and modifying a pool to our needs. He met with my wife and I quite a few times even though our pool was yet to be built. His pricing was extremely competitive and his knowledge of swimming pool equipment impressive. I would have no difficulty recommending him to anyone.

This company did a leak repair and resurface of my pool. The owner and all the workers were very polite and professional. They did a great job respecting their schedule. I am very satisfied. My pool looks like a brand new! I strongly recommend this company to anybody!!!!

The value for the money is an on going evaluation, which can't be known until we have had some time to calculate how efficient the solar panels are in operation, and more importantly what effect they will have on keeping the pool warm enough to use at a cost that is reasonable

I contacted Colonial and they referred a heating and Cooling company to correct my problem. The referral was very good. Colonial called to make sure we had resolved the problem. I have never had a company that referred me out to someone else follow up like that. I will be contacting Colonial in the future for any pool needs for sure.

I found them to be very prompt in responding to my broken pool heater. When I had an issue with them over the cost of a replacement heater I found them to be very understanding and they promptly followed up on my concern, and I recommend them highly.

Replied to my request promptly during holiday season. We're able to install new unit in a fast and efficient manner. Also had a follow up call to see everything was ok. I was completely satisfied with the service and workmanship.

I was contacted the same day I requested a quote and had an estamate within a few days after. Once we picked out the materials the job was started and completed in a few weeks. The project turned out great and they were easy to work with. I already have another smaller project lined up with Colonial Pool.
