Colonial Poll & Spa were professional and did a quality job. My pool is crystal clear today. I am very happy with their work. I recommend this company highly.

Had them resurface the pool, fix leaks, change the tiles. They helped us find the "right" tile, both in price and value, We are completely satisfied with the finished product. BEAUTIFUL !! They were professional, came when promised, on time, cleaned up after themselves and were friendly and ready to answer any questions we may have had. Highly recommend them for any pool job you may have.

Technician arrived when scheduled. Was unable to repair pool heat pump because it was 20 years old and cost would not be worth it. He re-plumbed around the heat pump and arranged for someone to pick up the heat pump for scrap. The cost for the work performed was very reasonable. The technician was professional and helpful.

Matthew installed new heat pump and automation. He was very knowledgeable and responsive. He made good recommendations. I was impressed at how fast we were able to schedule and the work was completed quickly. This is a very professional company and they even cleaned equipment pad when done. We will definitely call them again for pool installations!

They did not diagnos the problem correctly. Had to get another group.

They were prompt and kept me informed about what was going on. They even showed me how the filter system was set up incorrectly and were able to correct the issue. My only negative feedback and it is minor is when they offered to fully automate the system for me (with a bigger price tag) the tech did not want to take "No" for an answer and kept trying to sell me a system I did not want. Minor complaint, so overall I thought they were responsible and did an outstanding job.

We were impressed with Colonial's immediate response to our service request through Home Advisor. They were very prompt in setting up an appointment and our service representative, Matthew, was able to diagnose our problem within 5 minutes. He provided us with a variety of options to fix our problem. When we chose to upgrade to a new system controlled through our smartphones, Matthew was very knowledgeable about the system, installed it promptly and was very patient in explaining the operation and answered all our questions. We feel very comfortable knowing we can call on Matthew if needed.

Robert the owner is extremely responsive, honest and he explained everything well. I dId call once and did not get a call back but if you don't get a reply within 24 hours I would recommend calling back because once you do, they do realize they have missed a call then make every effort to meet your request. I understand when they get busy these things can happen.

Service was a priority for them. Work was done quickly and cleaned up before the left for the day. Returned as scheduled and completed the project. Brad and Matt were both first rate.

As far as we can see the repair is good, it has only been 2 days, but the service was excellent and I feel the price was fair. We received an immediate response from the company and the diagnosis and repair was as scheduled. We appreciated that.
