Colonial installed a salt water system and re-plumbed the pool. They also did our resurfacing. They have maintained our commercial condo pool with minimal DOH compliance issues. I would highly recommend for any pool service.

Immediate response to our request. Came to home and confirmed our suspicions. Explained various solutions and let us decide what to do, NO pressure. New pool heater was in place by noon the next day(Saturday). A real professional company.

We've been using Colonial Pool & Spa for our weekly pool service since March 2017. Our pool usually looks incredibly clean and, the few times it hasn't been spotless, we notify them and they send someone over to make it right. They are always open to our input and are responsive. We also had our pool resurfaced in 2017. The job ended up being a lot harder than anticipated as the previous owners had put marcite over fiberglass and the fiberglass had to be ground of before the new surface could be installed. Colonial Pool handled the change very professionally. We most recently had them install a new heat pump to replace solar heat panels we've been using. They showed up on a hot day, did a nice job installing the heater. Great company. Nice staff.

Quality of work was excellent but did not come when they said they would. Took a month when they said it would take about ten days.

They were extremely responsive. They came out within a timely manner and had the motor ready to replace once they got here.

My blue Stonescapes pebble finish turned black and I had contacted several pool companies to come out and try to figure out why it happened and get the finish back to being blue again. My wife posted something on social media and Mr Brownlee responded. He came to the house and accurately diagnosed the problem. He recommended a solution that we decided to go with. It was a combination of power washing and acid washing. The crew was here this past week and we now have our blue pool back. Thanks Robert for a job well done when no one else knew what to do. You are the best!

We thought we needed a new pool heater costing thousands of dollars, however, he fixed our sensor for $150! We appreciated his honesty and will call Colonial for any pool problems.

They came to assess my pool heater. I was not present. They pronounced my pool heater dead. Ultimately there was a communication gap between myself and the service technician. The company president Robert followed up and things were sorted. I appreciated that commitment to his customer and company. The office staff were great in their communication and follow up. I will look to them in the future for service.

We have weekly pool cleaning and maintenance but we have also had Colonial change our system to a salt system, digital lighting program, and install a computerized Aqualink system whereby we can control all functions through our computer or smart phones. Colonial has maintained, installed, repaired or replaced when necessary all of our pool equipment. We’ve used Colonial for about 4 years and highly recommend this company. Matthew Beryl, in particular, is exceptional for customer service and equipment installation and repair.

Purchased a new heat pump for the pool. I believe I paid a fair price. Installation was excellent. The guys went the extra mile to correct problems with the old heat pump installation. They were on time and well equiped. The staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. I'm impressed!

met the owner and he was very nice. his workers are hard working and went straight to task. They cleaned up after them selvies and did a wonderful job. I highly recommend.

They resurfaced my pool and did a beautiful job. I am very pleased with the work. They are servicing my pool for 30 days after the installation to make sure everything gets off to a good start. I would highly recommend this company for your pool needs.
