These folks are proactive and prompt. Calls returned quickly and they kept me up to date on arrival times and statuses. The Tech, Mike, was very polite and removed shoes in the house. Great company and great service. They get my vote.

This wonderful young man was not daunted by having to use a ladder (no inside access). He said everything looked clean and needed no service at all.

Everything was handled very well by Coastal Cooling from start to finish. Amber was very polite & helpful in the office and scheduled me for a service technician to take a look at what was causing the air conditioning system to blow warm air. A few hours later the technician called me from the condo and had already narrowed the problem down to the capacitor being bad and said that he could take care of the problem for me right away, which he did. The technician was very prompt and professional and he obviously knew what he was doing, because the problem was fixed the first try. No BS with this guy, and I appreciate that!Fort

Our cooling unit on our condo quit in 90 degree weather. I called Coastal Cooling and they had a tech out within a few hours. The tech checked the unit and found that lightning the night before has disrupted the unit. It just needed to be reset. He checked everything twice, cleaned the filters and inspected everything. I was totally impressed. I asked him how to change the filters and he showed me but it was a difficult fixture to deal with, so we had him install new inlet vents that had easy change filters. We also took out a maintenance plan for future service. All of this was done quickly, professionally and reasonably priced. The techs were friendly, professional and took extra care cleaning up after themselves and wearing protective boots on the carpet. We highly recommend this company!

My air conditioner had stop running on the weekend, and i called Coastal Cooling because they had 24 hour service. The technician was very polite, informative, and found only a broken wire on the outside of the building. I will use them again since they seemed so honest. Some other companies might try to sell you things you really don't need. He showed what the code numbers on the AC meant and how old my unit was, since I recently purchased this property.me SInce he came out on a Sunday evening, i was delighted, as it was very hot outside. He called ahead to give me an expected time of arrival, which was very courteous. I had him install a simple new thermostat since he was here and I needed one, which works very well. I made sure he put his sticker on my AC unit and got his card so I will call them again. I highly recommend this company.

After returning from vacation, we found our air conditioning wasn't working. Coastal Cooling was VERY RESPONSIVE! it was a Friday afternoon, and we were concerned that we'd have to wait until Monday. Thank goodness Coastal Cooling came to the house within 2 hours, and had the problem fixed in no time. The skilled and professional serviceman (Mike) correctly diagnosed the problem, didn't try to do more than was needed and was efficient and knowledgeable We're so glad we found Coastal. Cooling from Angie's list!! We now have a service agreement and will use them for preventative maintenance and any future repairs.

The price was very fair they were excellent and the technicians where great. They replaced everything inside and outside. They are very thorough and clean. I had my first maintenance call in January and they were punctual and everything went great.

They replaced the duct system at one of our rental properties in the Moorings. Worked with Alan. They did a great job. Very professional would use them again.

engineer found a tripped breaker on my air handler which resolved my issue

I am a tenant and my landlord and his agent would prefer to work with another company with whom they have an existing relationship (but who didn't seem able to respond in a timely manner -- I do not know that part of the story). Mark was gracious and understanding of the situation. If left up to me, I would have Coastal Cooling do the work.

They were wonderful! We dealt with the owner's son Alan. They were on-time, extremely nice, very thorough and efficient. We ended up using them later in the year and they took time out on a Sunday to talk with us. We needed a vent cleaning done earlier this year and they came back out and did that in April as well. I can't say enough about them.

Prompt to appointment. Went over all details and all alternatives. We knew system was almost at its end so decided to replace it entirely. They were able to come out sooner than expected and got the job done quickly. They took away all the debris, even the old towels I had used under the system to soak up the leak. System has a 10-year warranty and everything working perfectly. Would highly recommend them to anyone. GREAT COMPANY!

From the first phone call with Ed until the job was completed everything was done in a professional manner and left us feeling confided that Coastal Cooling is a trustworthy company to be highly recommended. Work and job performance excellent excellent.

Super, he apologized for being late - which he was not - very professional went right to work - explained what he found and gave me options - I decided he knew what he was talking about - so I agreed with his direction - a/c is running great!!! Much cooler than before - handled noticed our system was not running as it should have. Jason was great - I will ask for him again on the next visit.

Scheduled for a 12 noon to 2:00 PM window, the service tech (Chad) arrived by 11:15 AM. He serviced & cleaned both the air handler in the attic and the compressor outside. He cleaned out the drain tube and told me there was a "dip" in the drain line in the attic, potentially causing a double trap, which could eventually plug the drain tube. He corrected the "dip" in the drain tube in the attic (no addl charge). He took off his shoes at the front door. He was very friendly and explained everything to me. VERY PROFESSIONAL and courteous. Chad completed the job in a little over an hour. Before he left, I opted to pay for the 2 yearly visits, as I decided then, that these are the guys I want to service my HVAC system without all the typical "high pressure sales tactics" that many companies resort to. Excellent all around experience! I'll see these guys again in about 6 months (pre-paid). * Special thanks to CHAD, the tech that did the work. You are a credit to your company...

The experience we had with Costal was very good.

Coastal Cooling Inc were fine. They came on time and were very accommodating, they let me watch and ask questions. I dodn't get the feeling it was one of those so called "drive by."

They were so professional from beginning to end. All work was cleaned up, technicians were polite and professional. They worked through the extreme heat and during the night to get the job done as quickly as possible. Would definitely recommend!

From start to finish was a very good experience. They came on time for appointments. Work was done quickly and properly. Had to wait for the coil to come from the manufacturer otherwise the job would have been finished much sooner. The technician was very courteous. Everyone we spoke to was efficient and courteous. Would use this company again.
