Never made it to the actual work being done as the estimate came in at twice the price of other estimates, our salesman was let go, and no one called us for a month after that to let us know we would have another contact person. Since we had not heard from them for so long, we contacted other contractors and decided to go with someone else for more customer satisfaction. We asked CAT 5 to give us a release to be able to void the insurance check and move on to another contractor, but we were unable to get that from the company. We reached out to multiple people within the organization, but to no avail. They stopped returning phone calls, would not respond to emails, and we are now taking other steps to try to resolve this issue. We felt that our insurance company should not have to pay double what our roof is worth and were happy to go with another reputable company. We feel the price gauging is along the lines of insurance fraud and would not recommend this company to anyone. They came from Illinois to the area after Irma and are trying to capitalize off the misfortune of the natural disaster.
