They showed up on time and completed the task in 2 hours. They lifted my very heavy back patio back to where it was originally. I could not be more pleased!

I hired them to repair my concrete pool deck...Salesman assured me how well the job would be done...After spending 6 grand, the patio looked worse then when they started. Manager came on site and when I walked out he would not even get off his cell phone and introduce himself. Left a message with the company after I paid in full expressing how disappointed I was... NO return call. I am now spending 11 grand to rip up and replace pool deck with pavers. Guess what? Not a lot of their "expansive foam". And they tried to raise the deck and it caught the coping on the pool deck. Save your money go else where....I would have kept this review to myself, but they did not return my call of disatisfaction...

Had trouble reaching them after job was complete to tell them we were not happy with their work. They ultimately came out a 2nd time and worked on the garage’s unleveled floor and raised the floor more to level out the cracks. Not sure if this money was well spent. Not sure if we will ever know.

I would like to thank NSquare for their assist on my project. The crew leader Joseph and his partner, I believe his name was Donovan (sorry not sure), got to the house right on time. They were both courteous, polite, and efficient. In less than two hours the job was complete and they didn't mind me hanging around to watch them demonstrate their skills. Well done NSquare, those guys should get a raise.

II have a Lanai that is tied into the house with a roof and screened in. The outer corner on one side is sinking, and there is a break the full length on the slab, which makes a drop on one side that is a hazard, it has had previous attempts at repair by prior owners. I was initially impressed with the person that came to give me an estimate. He was here about an hour with a laptop and did an extensive look at the slab. He then gave me a price, which was $300.00 MORE than another company but I felt with the thoroughness of the visit they would be the better choice. (Note: it would have been an additional $80.00 had I not decided on the spot, to get a 5% discount- so they were actually closer to $400.00 more than the other company.) Here's where we get to, Salesman tells you 1 thing, the person ACTUALLY doing the work says something different. On the day of the work the crew came in, and the first thing he tells me is he CANNOT raise the corner that is sinking because it is tied to the house with the roof, it will cause damage to the roof, etc, etc. All he can do it stabilize what is there and grind down the two sides to smooth them out. This is not what I hired them to do. They then start to test under the slab with an air gun, and proceed to POP a chunk of the slab up, putting a NEW break (not a crack) in the slab. The work is done, and he is surprised that the slab has raised to even tho it still tilts downhill on that side, he grinds down both sides, and patches the cracks. (Including the new one that he made) I am pleased with the center on the slab, but not with the new crack and the remaining slope to the lanai. Would I hire them again, NO

Absolutely amazing from start to finish! After dealing with some less than ideal companies for other home projects, dealing with NSquare was a breath of fresh air. Every person that we had contact with was professional, courteous and provided unparalleled customer service. They had open communication the entire time, all of the sales and service crews were top notch, and they made an extremely stressful situation as painless as possible. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of foundation services!

The construction crew was on time and completed the job on a timely manner. They were very professional ,courteous and knowledgeable. I was overall very impressed from start to finish with NSquare.

They were very good and they came and fixed the damage and they were very polite.

Both the sales rep and installers were professional, courteous and concerned about minimal damage to my existing floors during both testing and installation.

At my age its hard to keep up with the cost of products and services. The cost for this job I thought was a little high but I couldn't do the job myself I paid to have it done. The people I dealt with were very accommodating and friendly.

Nsquare came out to do a job for me. I thought I needed repair to my foundation. They looked and even dug up some spots. They found that I needed foundation drains but they did not do that. They didn't even charge me for this. I was shocked.
