Totally professional, even in a teeny-tiny crawl space: hard to believe there were 5 guys under there fixing us up with peace of mind!

The sales representative Noah was very informative and made sure I understood all of the details of the products/services they provide. The installation crew, Filipe, Barnard, and Janus were also very knowledgeable and professional. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood every step of the installation process. They cleaned up everything and provided pictures of the finished work. I would definitely hire this company again.

Hired Alpha to fill voids in and around my sea wall with injected foam in Stuart FL. Cooper , Blake and Danny were very professional and diligent in their work. I am very interested to see how foam injection stands up to the elements here in South Florida.

I had alpha install piers maybe 15 yrs ago to stop settlement cracks from underlying fullers earth. I've never seen another crack. We're planning to replace a detached garage with settlement cracks. So i called alpha and met Randy Golightly, an alpha rep. He reminded me of former owner, Matt, with whom we worked previously. Honest. Knowledgeable. Customer-centered communicator. We will use no one other than alpha if the new garage needs piers or foam for additional support.

Ryan and Matt did an exceptional job. From leveling the driveway, garage, and two bedrooms, they also removed and replaced a section of the driveway that was not repairable. They were polite, respectful, and professional. I would highly recommend them, and Alpha Foundationâ s, for leveling, stabilizing, and repairing existing concrete pads.

The three gentlemen Jake, Kenny and Pete who came to raise the foundation on my home were very professional, kind and courteous. They explained everything to me and I felt at ease knowing they had my homes best interest at heart. I would recommend this crew to everyone. Thanks again guys.

I had a challenging job for them. They did their best.

Absolutely top marks for customer service. Job entailed putting in i-beams and jacks (SMARTJACK SYSTEM) to stabilize back of house where pier and beam foundation was failing. Job was flat rate $7K. Workers found one floor joist not to spec and replaced it - no extra charge. Workers found they needed an additional beam and jack and installed them - no extra charge. Part of the understanding was that they come back and readjust jacks after another contractor finished replacing rotted beams. When I called the supervisor who did the job, he immediately took charge of the call, that is, he did not say "not my job" or "call this number," but said he'd reach out to the home office and I should expect a call from them -- that call came within 2 hours. EXCELLENT customer service all around.

He do not know what the new contract says in it. The gentleman who gave us the estimate said that our 2300.00 deposit would be refunded 3 times and that we would have nothing loose. My thought is that the gentlemen does not the new contract well enough to be giving us that information. After writing to the company I did in fact receive my deposit.

The team performed the following: 19 floor joists repair, full crawlspace drainage system with sump pump and encapsulation. The work was done by professionals who were all very nice and answered all my questions and concerns along the way. I am extremely satisfied with the result.

The team arrived on time and performed the work in an hour and a half. Extremely knowledgeable and professional. Customer service from the office and field was exceptional. The driveway is level and stable.

I would highly recommend them

After the work was done, the pavement was still a little uneven.
