The project I have planned is something that is not what NSquare specializes in. I have a very tiny leak where baseboard discoloration has begun and I need to find where moisture is seeping into the house. Austin came out and inspected the situation and informed me that this not the kind of issue his company is designed for. However, he took the time to inspect my foundation area and found what is likely the source of the leak - damage to the exterior foundation where it meets the side wall. He suggested how I could handle this project myself. Are you kidding me? Talk about going above and beyond! And no charge to me at all. Furthermore, he didn't act even a little irritated that he had driven an hour and a half to find out I was not a potential client. Which was my fault because I didn't describe the issue correctly on Homeadvisor website - so NSquare was the recommended contractor. Great company! If I ever have foundation issues or someone I know does, these guys will be my go to!

They can't do everything their salesman claims they can do. Had 3 projects for them. Their salesman collected 800.00 deposit. They couldn't do the other two projects but collected an addition 400.00 from us. Told us it was the best they could do. It didn't come close to what their salesman said they could do.
