communication was a problem, they did not show up on the day and time scheduled and did not call to explain, they showed up another day when I was not expecting them and I drove up to them waiting for me after 6 pm. When they said they had been finished for 30 minutes they did not speak great English and when I inspected the work 1 downspout was missing and the estimate clearly stated 4 on one side. The price was high, and the communication was awkward.it appears they did a fine job in the end. It would be important to work on communication if they aspire to 5-star service. Also if I was not in need I would have questioned the price of the project it just seemed very high for what I had done 7 downspouts for 430.00

The only thing was that I was not called before they showed up

UPDATE: After my initial review the owner got involved and got he project finished. At the end of the the finished product was good but the timely was a lot longer than promised. If you use this company and are not getting the satisfaction that you are expecting I would recommend contacting the owner right away, this worked for me. Signed a contract and made a deposit. They came and started to install the gutters, they said they didn't have enough material to finish. Never came back to finish. They wont return phone calls or emails.

They installed one more gutter in my mums house, repaired some damaged stucco and fixed the wood trim around an exterior door. Extremely pleased with workmanship!

Received a timely call back from Alex, 3G's Sales Representative. He scheduled a property visit for one week out. Once Alex was on the property he took some measurements and did a lot of note-taking. Went to his vehicle in order to create a professional quote document. Once the quote was in my hands I was able to compare it too two other quotes . 3G's quote came in almost 50% under the competitors. It wasn't the lower cost quote that prompted me to contract the installation. It was 3G's ability to complete the work within one week. Whereas the other two companies could not provide an installation in less than 6-7 weeks. workers arrived at my door at 6:00 PM to complete to install. Professional work by two talented young men & completed the install in 1 hour & 10 minutes. Just before a SW Florida culley washer came overhead dropping 4" of H2O. I'm now considering having 3G Home Exteriors rescreen my swimming pool birdcage in the Fall. Ron M.

I called to get an installation time line but did not receive a call back. Sub showed up a week later with out advanced. Good thing I was home. Work how ever met my expectations.

Wonder company! Gutters beautiful. Bid back the day I called and did the job the next day! Perfect!!!

Originally quick to respond, got a quote quick and worked with our project needs. Took some time to get project scheduled but they finished promptly.

Their system of getting out and estimating the project is excellent. Their communication is also very good.

They were very fast to get me a great quote but they never showed up or follow up to do the job. I did try, and call them and left messages but to no available. They finally came and did the work. The quality of the work was very good.

The estimate was given promptly but communications on scheduling was poor. No response to numerous emails requesting date and time. Just excuses and empty ptomises of a new schedule. Very frustrating waiting for days. ... a number of appointments missed with no apology after waiting full days. A crew of three finally showed up unexpectedly and completed the small job. Tape measures should be used instead of estimating as it would speed up the work and reduce waste. The new gutter works great after our first rainfall.

This company did an excellent job in replacing my siding and trim that half blew off due to the wind storm on 2/24/19 in Lathrup Village, MI. The customer service is top notch, A-1, awesome and the work is the same. I asked for a quote from this site, got the quote the next morning, communicated via text and email. When I was ready to book the job, I called and spoke to Jennifer in the office she was awesome, fast, polite and very detailed. She gave me a fair quote and set the job up for Monday between 9-10. Monday at 9:01 am Matt and his help were there ready to work. They matched the color perfectly, they finished the job in the time they said they would, they even walked around my home and tacked some loose siding that they spotted, I did not ask them to do this, they did it on their own and in spite of the freezing 19-degree weather. The workmanship is so nice, that side of my home looks like nothing ever blew off. The clean up was very detail. The most amazing part about this whole experience, I was out of town when the winds did the damage, my neighbor reported it to me and I was able to get it all taken care of with 3G and my daughter via phone, text, and email. I will be using this company for all my future siding, gutters, windows and roofing. I am a customer for life and will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you, 3G you made this process easy and painless.
