well, i dealt with peter and he was very professional and knowledgeable. He came out at a time specified that was reasonable for the both of us, gave me the estimate and then came back the next day to do the work. Did an excellent job. Fair price and showed up when he said that he would. In south Fla this is almost unheard of but if you need trees trimmed at a fair price. I would call R&R Tree Service. They did a great job. I will use again.

Superb. Pete arrived promptly and gave me a written quote and a fair price. I asked for a copy of his insurance. Pete immediately contacted his insurance agent who emailed me a copy of the policy. We made arrangements to have the work done the following Monday. Pete called me a few hours later stating he had a cancellation and could remove the tree on Friday (the next morning). Pete called to state that he would arrive at 8:30AM. He later called to say that due to flooding at his shop he would be ~30 minutes late. Pete arrived with his crew at 9AM and was gone before 11. The tree was gone, the mess was cleaned up, the stump was ground and filled. Pete and his crew were pleasant and professional. I highly recommend Pete and R&R Tree Service

R&R are true pros - this is the second time we've had them trim our trees and the results are terrific. They know where and what to cut so your trees look shaped, not butchered. Their team is quick and tidy - they bring a chipper to handle all of the cut branches. They are reliable and show up on time both for the estimate and the actual work. They may be a little pricy but their work is worth it. I will use them again and am happy to recommend them.

They were very professional. They showed up on time and were very efficient. The trees and the house looks great.

They were very prompt and did the work just fine. However they left a rake that was broken and threw it in the bushes to hide it and they left the water on for one day which was very expensive.

It was great! I called Monday afternoon. He returned my call several hours later. Tuesday he came by to see the job and give me an estimate. Wednesday morning he and his crew arrived to do the work. He introduced me to his entire crew. Because there is a double fence in part of the yard, they had to remove part of my fence to access a traveler palm. The fence is old, but they were able to do the work and put it back together very neatly. They were great about asking questions and requesting clarification. They worked quickly and cleaned up everything beautifully. Several branches and some debris had fallen in my neighbor's yard that they did not noticed. They returned the day after I called them and removed it and cleaned up the area. I was very happy with them and would absolutely use them again.

Peter returned my call very quickly and came immediately to quote the job. We came to an agreement over the price without any harsh haggling. His team was working nearby, so they came over directly, when he said they would. The team of 6 guys got started right away, cut the palm down, removed all the debris and left. It was quick and efficient. I intend to use them again.

Excellent work and crew! One day after calling for an estimate the owner was out to meet me (they were working in the area). We walked around the yard, discussed all the issues I saw. He then suggested a few more small items that could be addressed, which I agreed with. Peter then walked around again for another 15 minutes thoroughly looking over the trees. The mahoganies had been badly damaged by Hurricane Wilma and trimming to date was not alleviating the sorry state of the trees. He discussed with me that it would take a couple years of working with the trees to promote the proper growth and bring them back into a better balance. With a very reasonable estimate, which I quickly signed, Peter and his crew of 6 came out two days later as agreed and on time. Within two to three hours all the work was done. Crew knew what they were doing, moving quickly through the work. In addition to the very well-trained crew, this is the first tree trimming service I have used over many years that had sufficient professional equipment on site to do the job. This firm will definitely be our annual tree trimming company going forward.

I've used R & R Tree Service for years. Peter is always very good about getting right back to me when I call. The crew who trims the trees are very efficient and always clean up the yard after trimming. They do a terrific job.

Great! Was on time for the original estimate which was 10% lower than two other contractors I contacted. Ran a little late for the actual removal but it was OK since we didn't need to be home but they were nice enough to call me anyway. They cleaned up afterwards and the best compliment came from my wife who said, "it didn't even look like they were here! They didn't trample any plants and cleaned up everything!" A happy wife is a happpy life...

The owner of R & R , Peter, responded to my request for quote and patiently explained what needed to be done with the tree. He gave me a written quote and did not pressure me. I telephoned his office three days later and he responded that evening. We set a scheduled day for Monday, 29 July 2013 at approximately 2 to 4pm. On that Monday, he contacted me 45 minutes prior to arrival to state that his crew was on the way. At 3pm, six men, plus Peter,with two dumper sized trucks, a pickup truck and a diesel powered chipper arrived at my house. Thirty minutes later, the tree was thinned and trimmed with all cuttings removed , chipped and in the dump truck. Peter did not have to provide many instructions to his crew because they are very experienced and worked harmoniously together. I highly recommend R&R tree service to any one needing tree work accomplished.

Very good experience. They came out to provide an estimate the first day I called them (a Saturday). Price was not the lowest I was quoted but I felt most comfortable with them. Very happy with the results. They were somewhat late on the day of the work but had a good reason. Also, they carted away a pile of dead branches without me even having to ask (I had forgotten to do so). Highly recommended.

Did not return voice message I left requesting a bid.

Called and spoke with a man who did not identify himself on the phone. I requested a quote to trim 2 tall palms and 1 tree in front of the house. I was informed that estimate visits were performed only after 4PM. I commented that I wouldn't be home but I would leave vendor's info for gate access. Vendor said he would be out the next evening after 4PM for the estimate. I have not received any estimate or return call from the vendor.

Peter provided a quote as scheduled and was able to do the work the next day. I would definitely use his company again.

Call R&R to remove a tree in the front yard that was just a plain nuisance. I had two different estimates and it was from companies driving around looking for business. I called R&R for an estimate on removing the tree and stump. Peter came by and gave me an estimate. The estimate was far better than the other companies and Peter presented himself as a very knowledgeable and customer service oriented individual. I agree to have his company come and remove the tree. The day came when they came to remove the tree. The whole crew was friendly and professional and did an excellant job. They removed the tree and the stump and clean the entire area up after the job was finished. I was told it would take about 2 hours to get the whole job done. The crew did it in an hour. The whole overall experience was excellant. I would highly recommend R&R tree service to all my friends.

He came over the day I've contacted him and he gave me a quote. When I was ready I called him and he came and did the job. He said that it was going to take two days and actually it took him half a day.

They were on time. Completed the requested work and cleaned-up everything.
