Upon initial request the guys were out same day, about 2 hrs after i created the request. Once they determined the problem they gave me a quote to do the repair. I paid half up front and the rest to be paid after the work was to be completed. They told me other areas that needed work but didnt need to be done right away. These guys are honest and wont force you to get extra things. Now there is a bad. I was told the repair was going to be completed the next day in the morning. I received a call in the morning saying they had an emergency and i was ok with them coming a couple hrs later. After the emergency was completed. Couple of hrs later turned into later that evening. I received a call about 6pm saying someone would be there the next day between 9am-11am, guaranteed. Come 11am no call or anyone shown up. After a call to the office to talk to the boss someone was there by 1230pm. Overall the quality of work was really good and kept me updated through the entire repair. But punctuality and keeping appointment times is not something i would rely on with them."
