Unfortunately I had to give one star to make the world aware they deserve no stars!!!! Jason Hoffman and alliance are the worst property management company in Florida.... myself and 5 owners at heritage landings condo association in Fort Lauderdale have condo units leaking/flooded and mold alliance has not responded to any of us or documented the damage, or had a single contractor come to repair or estimate the structural issues and rectify the problem. Jason has not been To the property since receiving multiple calls and emails from the owners it is now a week later and no response..... We as owners are now hiring an attorney to peruse the management company and board for our damages and non performance. Stay away from this company they just take money and do not perform. I wouldn’t trust them managing a vacant lot......
