We met Chris and his staff from the Service Magic Website in late 2007. I have been using CNT ever since. We have rental property and CNT handles all our tenant calls and complaints by responding quickly and fixing whatever the problem is. Chris will be installing a new heater unit for one of our tenants on Jan. 19, 2009. CNT just finished installing central air and heat for one of our recent duplex purchases. Yes, I would highly recommended CNT HVAC. They are professional and they are fair with their pricing.

I contracted CNT to do rather large project--a central AC/Heat Pump install with new ducting. I have no regrets about hiring Chris whatsoever. He did the work ahead of schedule, and very close to his estimated budget, which was lower than any other quotes I got. I really liked Chris and his workers. Very courteous, and willing to discuss details and answer my questions. Kept my house clean throughout the whole project. Only complaint: Sometimes v. small details of the big project were forgotten, miscommunicated or done in a rushed way. For smaller projects like repair or equipment replacement this would not be an issue.

Provided immediate service, was knowledgeable and efficient and provided exceptional service. he will be my HVAC guy from now on!

It was in the middle of a heat wave. The blower motor on our furnace stopped working late Thursday evening. The next morning, I called CNT, they returned my call within 30 minutes. Chris from CNT came out later that morning. He diagnosed the problem as a bad motor. The motor and housing were removed and he returned his shop. Chris called me later to tell me that he had located a new motor and would be able to get it installed and return that afternoon. He did so and installed it by 3 PM. All this while the temperature outside was 97 degrees. Chris and CNT provided expert service at a very reasonable price.

The A/C part of our HVAC system malfunctioned & caused water damage to the connected furnace. CNT (Chris Long) called me back within 30 minutes of our Service Magic request & a technician was on the way within a few hours. The technician, Jeff, was on time, knowledgeable, & very helpful. He not only quickly diagnosed the probelm & the needed repairs, but he & Chris were able to get us a reasonable estimate & get right to work to replace our entire furnace & get our whole HVAC system back up & running perfectly that same afternoon. They also faxed paperwork that our insurance company requested. Fantastic service & high quality work. A++

My a/c went down in 100 degree heat. CNT HVAC responded to my request that morning. He quickly determined my problem which turned out to be a big job. He returned with parts to complete the repairs and I was up and running that afternoon. I would highly recommend them to others.

Chris Long was great! He Is professional,courteous,and offers a great price. He explained what he was doing and he did some extra wiring at no additional cost. He knew I had stayed home from work on two vacation days and he stayed until 9PM to complete the project just so that I did not have to take another day off from work. I did not ask him to do this and he would have finished around 4 pm if he hadn't done all the extra wiring. He is a good worker and a good man. I have already mentioned his name to many of my co-workers.

From the very beginning, CNT was prompt about returning calls & addressing all of my questions. The project was completed on time & 100% on budget. Chris is extremely knowledgeable about his profession & we found his prices to be very reasonable. His staff is polite, & his Office Mgr. Nicole was a pleasure to deal with. They worked on my basement unit and moved all of my storage as needed & returned it when finished. The work area was left clean and my carpets were protected with plastic. I would definitely recommend CNT to anyone with heating/AC needs. We found their service to be much better than the bigger companies out there.
