C.N.T. was TERRIFIC!!! I had a carbon monoxide leak on Sat. while away for the weekend, all alarms went off, fire company broke in to air out our house & find our cats early Sat. AM & by Sun. Chris Long was at my house to assess the situation. Then by Mon. PM Chris had my new furnace installed & running. Even though I called for emergency Svc. from both my home warranty company (American Home Shield) & my local guy who does preventive maint. on it annually they treated it as a regular Svc. call. Needless to say they are fired & Chris Long & C.N.T. is our guy. Also, his price was extremely reasonable. Kudos & many thanks to Chris from both of us. We absolutely recommend him wholeheartedly.

Chris communicated when he would be here right up until he arrived. Very courteous, professional and I plan to have him back next year to service the furnace! I will also use him for the servicing of my airconditioner this coming Spring. Great job!

Chris Long is an HVAC GENIUS and HONEST! I bought my house in 2003 and put in new HVAC before I moved in. Despite numerous HVAC people working on it, I was never able to get the tiniest puff of air out of the registers in the two main bedrooms, master bath and two of the three registers in the living room. I ran space heaters all winter. I called Chris out intending to have him seal the duct work going to those rooms and put a split system in - which from my research I thought might cost $6-8,000. I explained the problem, he spent about an hour running up and down my stairs and doing things to the heater and I have heat !

Chris was very prompt, professional, honest and timely and i would definitely recommend Chris/CNT. I heard from Chris within minutes of placing my request. He was upfront regarding cost and managed to fit me into his schedule, same day. He arrived on time and went right to work. He diagnosed and found the problem, (the condenser fan failed),. made a few phone calls and said we would be back the next day with the new part. He called the next day, he had the part and would be down at 4pm to install - to which he was. Part installed, AC is up and running. Final cost matched estimate. No surprises, case closed ;)

This is a long over due thanks to Chris of CNT HVAC. It was a great decision to have him install the heat pump for my tenants. Within 24 hours after I was informed there heat pump had died it was replaced with a brand new system. He did a great job and it was a great price. I was very satisfied and would recommend him to others.

I like their work from start to finish.First the project manager came to my home and I told him what I wanted.We went over several plans,then he sent me A proposed plan in my email.Upon agreement we set up A date and time to start and finish the job.All went well and my Wife and I are very happy.

Chris immediately responded to my request and kept our appointment to inspect a failing HVAC system. CNT replaced the entire HVAC system, did a fine job, and was in/out within one day. The first heatwave of the year and ALL of the air conditioning companies were booked solid. CNT made it to my house the same day I called- and were able to come back the very next day to do the job! Overall it was great. Hassle Free! Knowledgeable staff! Would use them again and recommend them to a friend or family member

Before I hung up the phone with Service Magic, CNT was returning my service call. It was late in the evening, and Chris made a great effort to come and make my home comfotable for my children. He was very knowledgeable about his business, and could educate me on all my questions. I will be replacing my unit, probably within the next year, and I will surely be contacting CNT to do the job. I have an old Sears Natural Gas Wall Furance. Pilot went out and couldn't get it back on. It's used to heat the basement. CNT HVAC was the only contractor of three that was willing to troubleshoot it. Chris came and took it part and diagnosed the problem. Another contractor wanted $90 to do that. He was the only contractor to provide me with a written estimate and price the two options I had. When he was hired he came on time and did the work in about 45 minutes. I went away very satisfied and will use him again if a similar need arises.
