The good, bad, and ugly: My A/C unit broke down when the temp was 108 degrees. CNT installed a new compressor well after diner and the A/C was working that night... the good. The compressor came wtih a crankcase heater. Maybe that doesn't need to be connected, but two bare wires laying on the bottom of the enclosure can't be good... the bad. The compressor has four mounting bolts. Since two of them didn't line up with the original mouting holes, CNT only used two bolts and didn't bother drilling new holes to poperly secure the until. I called up and told CNT they "forgot" to use two of the bolts, haven't seen them since.... the ugly

Great service. Followed through even past the first service call to make sure the problem was completely taken care of. First call was fast service even in the evening hours.

Chris was able to make it out the same day to fix our central air even though he had a full schedule. I would recommend him.

They were extremely flexible and worked around my schedule. They took the time to explain everything that was being done and left the work area cleaner than when the arrived. I would recommend them for any heating and/or air conditioning job.
