It went perfectly! These people are very helpful, friendly and FAST! I had to remove my water purification system before the closing on my old house. The plumber I had used before, flaked on me, did a no-show the day before our move. I called at least 3 other reputable plumbing companies, including one I had used before from Angie's List. They either couldn't schedule the disconnection for me in time or were asking an arm and a leg for this job, more than I would consider a reasonable charge. CJ's plumbing was the only company that saved the day. My movers, Dough's Hourly Muscle, recommended them and boy they were right about these folks. They were at my house within 30 minutes of my call, understanding the urgency of the situation. If my water purification system had not been removed by closing, the new home owners could cause me a lot of legal issues, such as claiming that it was now their property and that I had abandoned it. If I removed it anyways, they could sue me for tresspassing on their property and stealing an item from them without their permission, etc. So, it could have turned into an ugly legal battle over a system that costs between $3000-$5000. But because of CJ's conscientious attention to this job and its urgency, their tech was at my house in 30 minutes and within 1 hr. from the time I called them, my system was completely disconnected, all the components ready to be moved by my movers, and the area at the house cleaned up and secured properly. And, to top their excellent service, they charged a very reasonable amount for their service. I couldn't thank and recommend them enough. I will definitely call them in the future for all of my plumbing needs. These people are good, honest and reliable people!

The initial plumber who did the work was not the owner. He did ok on the toilets but when I checked the outside spigots, one still leaked (that was why I wanted them replaced, they both leaked). He had not replaced them as I had asked, but had repaired them instead. I don't necessarily mind this if it worked but it didn't. The next day I called CJ's, spoke with the owner, and he said, and quot;if there's a problem we got to make it rightand quot;. He was at my house in less than 2 hours and replaced both spigots at no charge, not even for the parts. That night I noticed a puddle of water around one of the toilets. I tracked the leak to one of the bolts that holds the tank onto the bowl. Again I called CJ's and he was back out to my house the next day. He identified the problem as all the bolts being loose and the gasket between the bowl and the tank as worn out. He replaced the gasket, tightened the bolts and only charged me for the gasket, no labor charge. I do not think that the leak was the fault of the plumber who did the initial replacement of the filler and flapper, I think just the little jostling of the tank from the replacement work made this leak happen a little sooner. The owner again told me as he was leaving, and quot;if there's a problem we got to make it rightand quot;. He did, he treated me right and I appreciate it.

I will not hesitate to use him again next time I need a plumber.

We received a late notice from the County. We had to get in touch with the plumbing company to address the problem.

He arrived quickly, and checked everything out and found where the water was coming from. He cleaned everything out and we haven’t had any issues since then.
