The initial plumber who did the work was not the owner. He did ok on the toilets but when I checked the outside spigots, one still leaked (that was why I wanted them replaced, they both leaked). He had not replaced them as I had asked, but had repaired them instead. I don't necessarily mind this if it worked but it didn't. The next day I called CJ's, spoke with the owner, and he said, and quot;if there's a problem we got to make it rightand quot;. He was at my house in less than 2 hours and replaced both spigots at no charge, not even for the parts. That night I noticed a puddle of water around one of the toilets. I tracked the leak to one of the bolts that holds the tank onto the bowl. Again I called CJ's and he was back out to my house the next day. He identified the problem as all the bolts being loose and the gasket between the bowl and the tank as worn out. He replaced the gasket, tightened the bolts and only charged me for the gasket, no labor charge. I do not think that the leak was the fault of the plumber who did the initial replacement of the filler and flapper, I think just the little jostling of the tank from the replacement work made this leak happen a little sooner. The owner again told me as he was leaving, and quot;if there's a problem we got to make it rightand quot;. He did, he treated me right and I appreciate it.
I will not hesitate to use him again next time I need a plumber.
