I called for an appointment and they came the date of the appointment. Some people i have tried to contact do not even respond. They repaired the issue and were quick to answer my questions. I have moved to Palm Coast just recently and plan to use them exclusively for any and all my electrical needs

On time and professional

I made an appointment with them 4 days ago to come out today and move an electrical plug and pull cables to wall mount a tv. Was told by them that it was a simple job. I took the day off work and coordinated the Geek Squad to come in right after to mount the tv. I just received a call (1 hour before appointment) and was told they did not have the right supplies and need to reschedule. The whole job was time sensitive as I wanted to surprise my wife. Unbelievable! How did they not know they needed parts when they made the appointment?

Minimum $95 dollar charge to show up... absolutely, positively worthless.

Electrical guy Steve came out. Did a wonderful job was very professional and explained things

10 electrical plugs replaced. $210.00 less than an hour. Sent 2 men and there was no mention of the extra $45 for the drive time

Came in time frame. Was able to fix sink. Stayed in quote price. Would have to had to wait at least another week for another plumber.

THE WORKERS ARE VERY GOOD AT THE WORK. THEY STARTED AT 8:AM AND FINISHED BY 11:30. THEY GAVE US A PRICE & THAT INCLUDED EVERYTHING INCLUDING LABOR==THE HEAT PUMP IS WORKING GREAT. WE WENT WITH THIS COMPANY A FRIEND RECOMMENDED & WE INTEND TO STAY WITH THEM..

Advanced Air & Heat were super responsive to my AC emergency. Were able to come out, assess the issue, and fix the problem... all in the same day!

Very helpful and courteous, explained what I needed and then came back and installed the new flood lighting.

Name is a bit confusing as seems to have several different names, but the professionals who showed up were very good.

I was confused because of the name difference between FAST OF FLORIDA, INC. and the plumber from ADVANCED AIR HOME SERVICES. I wasn't sure of who was coming to my house or phoned. HOWEVER, Paul Ryan the plumber from Advanced Air was excellent. Professional, caring and explained everything and gave me my options going forward. Definitely will call them if needed - they just need to explain the difference in company name when phoning!

Thomas was excellent. He was in and out within the hour. And even showed us that the part we needed replaced was under warranty. The price was great too.

Russ installed water heater and fixed faucet in kitchen, fast, efficient and knowledgeable. Highly recommend him and his company.
