They are absolutely great. I would refer them to others and I would use them anytime. It's a father and his son that do the work and they were wonderful. I did call back and have them do another window. Everything was top notch with them. That's why I called them right back. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They went above and beyond. They did everything they could to try to help, even to the point of doing things they didn't have to. When they finished putting the window in, they even hung the curtain rod for me. That was something they did to be nice. They had no need to do that. It was very nice. They were very good at what they did. It went in beautifully, it's smooth, and it's a nice job. They cleaned the windows before they left. They cleaned up after themselves. It's a really good company.

They did a wonderful job. We continued to use them because they did a wonderful job and they were very neat. We had no complaints. We thought that their prices were fair. They were also really professional and right on time.

Mark arrived on time and he and his son took off their shoes without being asked before entering our foyer. It's apparent that they neither want to create a mess nor leave one after the job is completed.They were careful about removing the large mirror and installed a new mirror all within 30 minutes. We have done business with them in the past and will continue doing business with them.

It went perfectly. When I first called, Mark offered to come by for an estimate that day. He gave me several options for installation with explanations and a fair price that day. I hired him on the spot. He said it would take a week to come in and it did. He came to installed it and arrived on time. I had to wait several days to try it due to a gap in the new shower grout. When I used it the first time, there was an area that leaked. I called and he said, "No problem--when will work for you?". He again arrived when he said he would and quickly fixed the area that leaked. No more leaks. It was a truly perfect experience.

Professional Glazing did an outstanding job on my shower in my master bathroom. I had the shower torn out and re-tiled. I called them to come out and help me with a new style shower door using heavy leaded glass and a frame less window in the shower. Mark had my new shower door delivered and installed in one week. He gave me an estimate and that is exactly what it cost --- no hidden or new charges! He arrived both times exactly when he told me and was in and out of my house quickly. I would use them again and would recommend them highly.

HAD SET UP A DAY FOR APPOINTMENT. HE WAS SUPPOSED TO CALL BACK WITH A TIME THE DAY BEFORE. NEVER CALLED, SO I HAD TO CALL HIM THAT DAY. SAID HE WAS ''ON HIS WAY.'' MEASURED AREA, BUT COULDN'T ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT WHICH TYPE OF DOOR WOULD WORK BEST TO KEEP WATER OFF FLOOR. SEEMED IN A BIG HURRY AND UNORGANIZED.

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND FAST. THEY KEPT ME INFORMED OF ARRIVAL TIME.

I FOUND THIS COMPANY EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH AND WON'T HESITATE TO HIRE THEM AGAIN.
