SK Quality Roofing re-roofed my home several months ago. I could not be more pleased with Connie and Jeff Bowser���s team. It is a family owned and operated business that's been right here in the Boca Raton / Delray Beach area for more than 30 years. Fili Campos, his son and their whole crew are great to work with. They not only completed the roofing work in record time, but coordinated the entire project so that the gutters attached screens were removed and replaced without delay. The Spanish terra cotta ���S��� tile came out perfectly. Vertically they are straight up and down without side to side ���waves���; nor any "bowing��� between the rafter supports that you sometimes see. They also went the extra mile on my flat roof as well, adding a slight grade to prevent water from pooling;reducing future damage and ensuring a longer life. Every morning and again in the late afternoon Fili and/or the project manager stopped by to check on the job and my satisfaction. My new roof looks beautiful. Absolutely no problems or leaks. They cleaned up every day beyond expectations, (not just at the end). I would recommend them to anyone and now have!

A water test was performed, the leak was identified and the repair was made by removing the tiles, repairing the leak and replacing the tiles. The work was completed in a timely fashion and the price was fair. The area was cleaned leaving no debris behind. The service was great, I was a little disappointed in the liength of time I had to wait for them to get started. Once they did start the job was done in 7 hours. They did a great job, the price great, Everything was cleaned up, and all the guys were great. I would definitely recommend this group if you need to get your rro done. John did the estimate, and I decided not to have any other estimates. He was great, He was in touch with me at all times.

John did a very thorough assessment of the condition of the roof, complete with numerous pics. Weather delays-unavoidable. Be VERY specific about the plants you want undamaged. Best go to Home Depot & get the fluorescent tape to mark them. Also, was disappointed that nails were left all over the place. Was told that a magnet would be used to collect them, but this did not happen. Otherwise, they did a stellar job on the roof. Am VERY pleased with the outcome. The price was very fair. The gentlemen who oversaw the job were awesome in keeping me informed and getting back to me when I called.

John, the project manager who provided the estimate, was the first to contact us after my visit to Home Advisor. We were shocked at the efficiency of this process. He assessed the problem and left us with an estimate. We interviewed 2 other roofers who's analysis of the problem was consistent with John's. We appeared to have 3 good options which made the decision more challenging. SKs service team was prompt and competent. It's very comforting to have a roof service provider we feel comfortable using when the need arises.

I had someone at my home the same day I called. I received an estimate along with pictures of the damage that I had. Work commenced within 5 days and was completed the day after it began due to a weather delay. The company was in contact with me throughout this process and were courteous and professional.
