Description of Work: Replaced two systems( compressors and air handlers ) Upgraded both to a Carrier 5 ton two stage compressor. Very efficient and quiet I am very pleased with the equipment and Island Air Conditioning.

Description of Work: Diagnosed the problem with our HVAC system and determined that the system was low on Freon and added 2 lbs. Also signed up for the HVAC tune up twice per year and came out a few days later to perform the tune up. Initially they had said that I needed a new expansion valve that would have cost close to $800 but when the part came in and they came back to install they determined that I really did not need the part and added the Freon. Very honest company and was punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Air conditioner needed new motor for fan,so the deal could not be included in this service. It was $85 for Bruce to come and find the problem and $208 for Jasen to obtain the new motor and complete the repair. I am the homeowner and pleased with the company.
