Description of Work: A/C filled last night so i called island air this morning and they came within 30 minutes. The tech discovered my air filter clogged the air condition so she pulled out the old air filter and put in a fresh one. They couldve said anything was wrong with my AC rather than something that simple. I loved how this company provided service i even signed up for a service contract per my request, they didn't have to ask.

Description of Work: island diagnosed and corrected an ongoing problem with a noisy air conditioner. the ac belongs to an adjoining condo and after repairs by a sub par firm (roehm ac) the unit was very noisy. roehm would not correct the problem, saying the noise was normal. island came in, diagnosed and fixed it ending a possible ugly neighbor confrontation. very professional and competent firm.

Description of Work: Checked the unit and found a leak and its source. Determined that the coil needed to be replaced. It was still under warranty, but the labor, delivery, etc. charges came to $1,240. The service technicians (there were 2 different guys there: 1 to check for the leak; the other to replace the coil) were efficient and knew what they were doing. I would definitely use Island Air again.
