We had 4 different companies come and quote our project for a replacement Heatpump A/C. I was concerned with the length of time that Legacy Air Conditioning had been in business, however the equipment that they quoted to install was so superior to what other companies quoted. I searched the internet and could not find anything negative about Legacy Air Conditioning so we took a chance and are very happy that we selected this company. Our salesman David was very knowledgeable, honest and personable. The installers, Josh and Sasha were professional, every clean and pleasant. After paying for the job in full our Salesman David followed through the next day with some requested paper work for a Duke Energy Rebate and the installer Josh returned to install a new wall filter box that we had requested. Our new energy efficient equipment is working really well and we are very happy. We would highly recommend working with Legacy Air Conditioning. As a big Plus everybody arrived at the time they said they would.

The technician , Josh I believe, was on time. He took all the time to do the job right. He did the job for 40% less then an other company quoted for the exact same job!!!

Upon putting the request in on Home Advisor, I received a call from Josh. He was upfront with the initial outcall fee and he would call me back with an estimate for repairs. Josh was professional prompt and did as he said he would, so on the service side he gets the top grade. I did find him way to expensive for splicing a couple of wires together

Josh repaired a leak in the ac. The unit is old. There is a $79 diagnostic fee, which is normal and $154 to repair. Josh was on-time, always answered the phone when I called him, and the company dispatcher was also helpful and reliable. The thermostat burned out a couple of days later and Josh also replaced this for a slightly higher charge. Overall, I recommend this company and Josh in particular.

The technician was able to arrive early, so he called to see if that would be okay. Josh was able to quickly diagnose and remedy the problem. He was very professional and easy to work with. I am happy with the outcome.

After booking an emergency service online… I immediately called the technician to verify that they would be able to show up and fix it. He immediately answered. I had a great conversation and the technician instilled confidence that he would be able to make the appointment and fix my air conditioner even though it was getting late into the evening. Technician even called me once he was on my way to the house again reassuring. He was quick and professional and got my AC unit up and running. I asked him to put his company sticker on the AC and we will be using them from now on.

This is the second time of used this company and received service from Josh on my air conditioning and he does a wonderful job. I would highly recommend using them.
