Very prompt, very professiona,l had to come out twice; but it was fixed.

Legacy Air did a good job servicing the AC. The only reason they didn't get all 5's is because they were supposed to come Monday and didn't come until Wed. They apologized and I accepted that. I would recommend them to my friends. Josh did a great job.

I hired Legacy Air for an A/C tuneup but they were not able to do anything due to the age of our system. Customer service was good and prompt. We received a free estimate on a new system.

This company is my life saver. It' was called to come on weekend while my air condition broken down and the other companies all gave me a appointment for next week except this one.

Josh and Victor were the best. On time, courteous, and very competent. Victor installed our new system perfectly and left our garage spotless. Legacy is our go-to company for all future needs.

I was so impressed with the service and quick install. On a monday morning I called to have my AC serviced because it went out the night before. They came out monday afternoon. The service tech asked me to stay with him while he diagnosed the problem. This unit was 28 years old and there were multiple problems which would have costs a small fortune just to get it up and running. I asked for an estimator to come out and price a new unit. An estimator came out at 6 pm same day! We settled on a unit and pricing, which from experience I thought was good and signed the contract. The next day - Tuesday the installer showed up at 10:30 am and had a complete new system installed by 5 pm. The hvac system is working wonderfully.

I was happy with my experience and I thought they were fair and professional. I would certainly hire them again.

They said it was it would be a free estimate but it ended up costing me $86.

Technician arrived a few minutes earlier than the appointment time. After describing the problem, and a visual inspection, we were quoted an estimate of $120 for a clogged drain. Tech also checked refrigerant levels, they are good. Given a $199.99 bill!! 50+% higher than given at the start

Prompt, diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly. Would recommend these folks to everyone!
