Had Jeremy come out to replace our exterior door. He was paid based off of the quote he gave me. After he left found the door wasn't plum as I have to shove the top right hand corner as hard as I can to get the deadbolt to latch. Tried moving the strike plate and it still wouldnt latch properly. Was told the door wasn't plum by the construction workers who did other work for me. Tried calling Jeremy to get it resolved. No response. Emailed Jeremy with no response. Called again, emailed again to get a resolution still no response. I ended up putting in a dispute with my credit card company over this issue. They put in the dispute as an insufficient job. 1 week later I get a call from Jeremy. Raising his voice about how I am hurting his business. I told him that he refused to respond to me so this is what I had to do. Jeremy cursed me out, threatened me multiple times. At this point I didn't want him to come out and fix any issues. He kept referencing how little a job it was for him to have this headache. I never leave reviews. I never feel the need to call in a dispute. Jeremy is a complete ass who doesn't deserve a nickel of any of your hard earned dollars. I have never had a professional threaten me or use such foul language to a customer. I will report his threats to local authorities as it seemed THAT bad. It could of been as simple as him responding to my multitude of messages or calls. Im sure he felt above it. Or even if he would of called and been polite off the cuff, I would of been glad to work something out. Instead I get f bombs, cursing me out and threats. Dont do it. Spend your money on someone who is a true professional.

Prompt response to questions & good customer service. Very few jobs go as planned & ours was no different, when issues did occur Jeremy took care of them very quickly. Would hire again if/when needed.

They were on time and ready to work. Explained exactly what they would do and how it would be done. They made sure to protect the inside of my house since they would need to cut into concrete header in order to install my new exterior door. They found some issues upon arrival that caused it to take a little longer than they would have liked, but they did it and it is top notch installation. Jeremy gave me some good information about the door and some other issues I have in this home and will be taking care of them for me soon. I would hire them again in a heartbeat. His quote was spot on. Thank you Jeremy for a job well done.

Great contractor. Provide quick accurate estimate. Performed all work as quoted. Crew was on time, professional and courteous. I would recommend JMS. I will have them bid on any future projects that I have.

Jeremy did the estimate in person. The other estimates that I received were via email and they were not based on an on-site visit. Jeremy's bid was $100.00 under other bids I received and based on my situation he recommended bat insulation versus blown in insulation because the location of the insulation could be affected by wind. I had the specifically request bids for bat insulation from the other contractors who wanted to do blown in insulation. Jeremy was very willing to explain the options and didn't try to oversell my needs.
