They came out a few times to make sure the roof wasn't leaking. They are reasonable and good to work with and very friendly and accommodating.

I'm not sure about the value for the money as I received two other quotes for the same job. One was about $500 cheaper and the other about $500 more expensive. What I can tell you is that Michael Knight came out, explained the process, explained why what was done previously did not work and promptly scheduled the job for the next day. They were quiet and picked up after themselves. Also, they did me a minor favor with no charge and no trepidation.
