noticed a leak in my garage ceiling, Mike was the second professional to contact me and give an estimate. Though he was the higher of my estimates, I decided to hire Mike because he took the time to explain what he was going to do and why, water puddled on a roof valley and was leaking into garage. instead of a temporary fix of a sealant, he repaired with new shingles and sheathing. I was concerned about the shingles not matching because of HOA rules where I live, but Mike assured me the shingles he replaced would match the old shingles, they did. He was on time and cleaned everything up when done. very polite, knocked on door before coming in, as a female senior I really appreciated that old school courtesy. Took pictures of area he shingled so i could see the finish result, he did an excellent job.

Had a leak coming from my patio roof. After several estimates decided to go with this company. Mike came out and did an estimate for the repair. He repaired the seams in my patio roof. However it still was leaking. I called Mike and he came out again and was able to try another method and repair the leak. I wish more company's would care about there customers needs. Mike told me if I had anymore problems to contact him. So far the leak has stopped. I would recommend this company highly. Thank you Mike
