Angelina personally worked with us every step of the way during our experience. We received quotes from 5 different companies and although Closet Factory was the most expensive we felt the investment was worthwhile and the service leading up to the decision was outstanding as well. The gentlemen who did out installation were also prompt, courteous and professional. We had an issue with the rods installed afterwards and Angelina responded promptly and efficiently to correct the problem. We would highly recommend Angelina and the Closet Factory team!!!

I am pleased with my Closet Factory product. Mark Sidell was knowledgable and friendly. I liked the choices located at their Powerline Road location in Fort Lauderdale. There were many colors and varieties. I originally thought that the price was just a tad on the expensive end, but it seems to be competitive with the rest of the market, and I ultimately chose Mark and Closet Factory because I believed their service and quality would be better than competitors or alternatives. I will definitely recommend Mark and Closet Factory to anyone who asks me to recommend a closet Designer. I also had a good experience with the installation process, and I am pleased. Thank you Mark! Absolutely love it! Mark Sidell at Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale was amazing. He is doing many spaces in my home that I recently gutted. The garage had to be done right away and it had to be done right. The floor these guys do was the best option since we didn't want epoxy. Our last garage had epoxy from another garage company who told us it was not epoxy. Turned out to be epoxy and we had nothing but trouble with it. We are very satisfied with the work Closet Factory did for us. We are really glad we met Mark Sidell because we were about to use another vendor who told us they were going to put down a "poly hybrid" floor. Turns out that after the salesman lied to us it's really just epoxy which we already had and it was horrible. Thanks Mark for helping to not make a huge mistake. Looks awesome. I really needed help. When Mark Sidell came from Closet Factory Fort Lauderdale he explained that they were the exclusive partner for Motor Trend and that really impressed me. Mark Sidell was really terrific. He came up with really great design ideas for where to put the shelving which was not easy. He also installed hanging shelves which my wife says doubled the storage we had in the garage. Mark provided a seamless process from the time we met him at the house. I really love my closet. Mark Sidell from Closet Factory was the one I chose. I spoke to 4 companies and got prices all over the place. Closet Factory was not the highest or lowest price but the way Mark designed my closet and the help he gave me was way better than anyone else. Really like the design process with Mark Sidell. My husband and I enjoyed the fact that we could see and feel everything in the Closet Factory showroom in Fort Lauderdale. We were also able to make changes to the designs and see them immediately rather than doing this process by email which would take many more days to complete. I got Mark Sidell to build my closets and a wine storage closet for me so he was the only name I thought of to do this project. Working with Mark is easy and very straightforward. Mark was at his best again. This is the fourth job he's done for me. This time I needed another large closet converted from a mess to a masterpiece. I needed hanging space but in this closet I also needed Mark to find lots of shelving space as well. I'm quite short and need him to incorporate the same pull downs that he put in my other closet that allows me to pull the higher rod down to a level that's comfortable to me. All in all it want very well just like thee prior 3 times he's come to help me. I highly recommend Mark Sidell from Closet Factory in Fort Lauderdale. Mark made things so easy. We sort of knew what we wanted but walking through the design process with Mark made things so much easier because he created 3-d images that helped us to visualize each closet. We enjoyed the design process with Mark Sidell. This was a job that we really needed done in our home and Mark visited several times to make sure we got the correct look and function. Jen Ingenito was my designer and she was awesome in helping me design exactly the right thing within my budget. My quad had the old mirrored, sliders. No-one needs that much mirror! I got quotes from independent contractors and Closet Factory and decided to go with them because the design Jen came up with so exactly fit what I needed. I was also attracted to the time frame. The installation took one day, where an independent contractor would have taken 4 days, at least. Our installer was Scott and he did an amazing job. I love my new closets!

I am very pleased with the outcome of my garage. Closet Factory did an excellent job....family and friends are amazed with the new look. I am happy to have chosen the best company for this project.

Closet Factory did a very nice job but they're very expensive. I wouldn't use them again because they are so expensive.

We purchased our cabinets and flooring in Oct of 2015. The original installation took place in Dec of 2015. The flooring was installed on 1 day and then the cabinets on the next. The flooring installation went fairly smoothly, but the cabinet installation was a whole another story. Our sales person, Rick, drew up plans and took measurements for the cabinetry work. He measured things all wrong. Our original design had to be altered because of wiring that is in our garage that we are unable to move Rick's design was supposed to fit that in and it didn't. The installers helped come up with another idea and we settled for it. Cabinet backing were missing as well. I advised Rick that there were a few issues with the flooring (sharp edges and missing pieces). He advised that when he came for the walk through he'd make sure it was noted and taken care of. During that walk through, he sold my husband yet another cabinet to fill in the gap where his original design failed. Fast forward to today. My installation for ONE cabinet and the backing for 2 cabinets was scheduled between 9am and noon. At 1:45pm I called the company because the installer never came or called. She told me she'd have him call me. He didn't call until 3:30 and he called my home instead of my preferred number, my cell. So I called at 4:30, when I got home to let them know I never received a call. I was advised that the installer was 20 mins away. An hour later, he came and informed me that not only was the cabinet the wrong size, but the missing backings we were expecting weren't with him either. This is completely UNACCEPTABLE!!! Now they claim they will be here sometime tomorrow, so another day I have to waste waiting. And still no resolution on my sharp flooring edges. I will NEVER do business with these people again and am planning on filing a report with the BBB. On Friday, 2/19/16, the installer showed up at my house without any notification of the time he would be coming. He brought a corrected cabinet. The shelf adjustment holes were missing. I asked him about it and he said he could put them manually but it cause damage to the new cabinet as well as the ones adjacent to it. He did put them in, which I was still unhappy about and advised our salesman that this was once again unacceptable. And to top that off, the cabinet backings still didn't come. The installer thought it was only 1 missing so he made sure he had 1 but I told him that it was both bottom cabinets and that it should have been on the original order form/walk through update. It gets even better - instead of calling me, my salesman emails me. I told him the floor guy never showed up Thursday or Friday. I was given instruction to mark with post-its where the issues were, but that was a mute point since they have to be let into my community and I have to open my garage. My last communication with our salesman was an email telling that the installer showed up and I hadn't marked anything. So I had to let him know that I have been home all day and that no one is able to enter my garage without me opening the door. Turns out he sent the installer the wrong address. So it is now Monday and 2 new people have left me messages trying to correct all these mishaps. Never again!!!!! Here it is again the next day, 2/23/16. The backings were finally installed and the floor was fixed, however, my husband came home and noticed that the newly installed cabinet door was uneven and the hinge was stripped, so advised our sales rep that I expect a new cabinet installed by the end of the week. Our sales rep replied immediately, so hoping this gets resolved before the week ends. Only reason I I didn't give them a 'F' is because the cabinets and flooring are stunning.

We needed shelving installed in our small pantry. Lori Kasten presented us with several different designs at different price points. She was very thorough, and came up with better designs than both other closet companies we got estimates from. We booked Closet Factory for the job, and three weeks later the installers put the shelves in. I am thrilled with the results; it is even better than I thought it would be! From start to finish, I am a happy customer, and I will absolutely use Closet Factory again for future projects. Thanks Lori and Closet Factory!
