We are very very pleased with Mark and the entire team at Closet Factory. My husband and I are so happy with the work. Our 2 master closets are so beautiful that we could not be happier. We thoroughly enjoyed the process of working with Mark. He's amazing! We are really looking forward to having Mark and the guys come back and complete a number of additional closets and other work we want done. We are very pleased with the whole process. Our designer Shellie Miller came by and reviewed our space and how we wanted to use the closets. We then went to her office to review everything and make a few changes. The builders came when scheduled. They were professional and pleasant. We are really happy with the results. The only suggestion is that they remove the old rods and put in the new construction on the same day. My suggestion would be to hire someone to take down the rods and paint the closet beforehand. It's much easier to get that done before the new construction is put in.

Overall, I am a happy customer and I’m not easy to please when I spend a lot of money on something. I will certainly have some more things for Closet Factory to make for me. I’d like to mention, too, that all these happens well and good because it’s a concerted effort of the awesome Closet Factory team, including those working behind the scenes. They work hard to deliver and make it worth the while, the money you paid for the furniture.

Please reach out to Megan Dearie for all of your Closet Factory design needs. She's a serious professional who truly knows her products. She is smart, creative, always prompt, always responsive. She helped us design a wall bed with closets/drawers for our guest bedroom and we could not be happier with the final results. Just as importantly, everything happened like clockwork. She always showed up exactly when she said she would, the work was done exactly as scheduled, the final product was exactly as promised. Given South Florida's reputation for unresponsive, unprofessional workers, dealing with Ms. Dearie and her company was a delightful surprise.

My wife and I always dreamed on an organized closet with plenty of space and the closet factory delivered. We worked with Megan Ferrer from beginning to end and she was absolutely amazing! Her service was exceptional from the 1st appointment till the last. Anything we ever needed after our install they have been there for us right away with out any questions. The work Closet Factory did for us is just beautiful. Our designer was Mark Sidell and he was such a pleasure to work with. Mark really knows what he's doing. He made our center room a very functional office complete with a Murphy bed which gives us another bedroom for guests. The finish work is excellent and coming from the custom cabinetry business we know of what we speak. Mark also designed a perfect wardrobe in our second bedroom which also serves as much needed storage for us in our condo. The end product came out great and we are very happy with how everything works and functions. Amy, our sales contact, was fantastic. She deserves an A+ for responsiveness and problem resolution. And, if she was the one that did our installation, I'm sure I would be giving this company an A. However, we had a few issues that could have been avoided. The first phase of our project took 2 days. First, they had to do the epoxy floors and then they had to install the cabinets and slat wall on the 2nd day. They subcontract out their epoxy work, which I was ok with because it sounded like they work together pretty much exclusively and the relationship was very good. I called Closet Factory on 3 separate occasions before our install date to confirm that someone would have to move our hurricane panels and refrigerator. When the painters came, no one had any idea that they had to move anything and they didn't bring a dolly with them to move the fridge. They were able to move it much to their dismay and they got the floor done. When I signed off on the completed paperwork, the gentlemen said he would call Closet Factory for me and make sure the installers would bring a dolly to move the refrigerator back into my garage. I felt like it was handled. However, after they left, I found cigarette butts in my landscaping. I called Amy right away regarding the cigarette butts and told her about the dolly situation. She apologized and said she would handle it. When The Closet Factory installers came the next day to put the cabinets in, they, of course, did not have a dolly and were not aware they had to move anything back into the garage. Also, when they came to my door, one of them introduced himself while smoking a cigarette. Although I found that unprofessional, at least there were no cigarette butts in my front yard at the end of the day. Fortunately, the work came out very nice. For phase 2, we ended up ordering more slat wall, which was a very simple, little add-on that wouldn't take the Closet Factory that much time. The installer arrived late, which I found frustrating because at that point I had to go pick up my kids from school. I couldn't be here for any questions or see the final product when he was done. He ended up not installing all that I had ordered and paid for. So the company had to send out another installer the next day to finish the job. It was just inconvenient. Again, we are very pleased with the end-product, Amy was a pleasure, but there seemed to be a large lack of communication within the company, which I found very frustrating.

If you read my other 11 reviews over the last 4 years they are all A rated reviews. I look for positive experiences so that will tell you how truly easy I am to please. First of all lets start with price. I have a fairly large house and I used a different closet installer on my former house and he did a FANTASTIC job. I wrote a review about him years ago and I need to find the time to do another. What the other closet company doesn't have is the big, beautiful, fancy showroom (or the overhead) that Closet Factory has. My wife loved the fancy showroom and insisted on using CF for at least our Master Closets even though the comparable quote was about 30% less. (Happy Wife Happy Life? At least I got a great big "you were right honey when the debacle was finished.) Lets just start with the fact that a deposit was given on or around May 30th 2017, they just completed the job in MID OCTOBER. In full disclosure lets not forget we had the hurricane but had they hit their estimated 6 week schedule, they would have completed the job months earlier.This is a Master Closet and a second Smaller Closet in the Master Bedroom not a new Structure. Now keep in mind I brought back in the other closet installer that did my other house and contracted with him at the same time and he did the other Five Bedrooms from start to finish in 4 weeks, punch list and all. From the beginning measurements were not properly calculated, wrong materials were constantly delivered to the job, the "soft close drawers I paid so much for were not installed, the special materials that were very specifically shown on the drawings were not where they were supposed to be and on and on I can go. Another pertinent fact for any skeptics is that I am a partner in a very large insurance agency that specializes in commercial contractors so I am very familiar with owner change orders and delays. THERE WERE NONE. Closet Factory had sent out at least 4 different project leaders on a minimum of 9 visits. Each time, the next person blamed the last installer and apologized profusely. Another tidbit, I paid for upgraded closet poles that were scratching from the hangars on day one (they were replaced with polished chrome but no credit was asked for or received). I had to inspect the closet every time they came and constantly point out blatant defects which were later remedied. Bottom line, do your homework, consider this review and others, and bigger is by no means better. If you want an excellent job at a much lower price, read my earlier reviews...

Mark Sidell was an absolute pleasure to work with. He is a complete professional with a great sense of design and truly cares about making your project great. He wants to make sure you are completely satisfied throughout the whole process. In fact, everybody was great who worked on my project, but I would highly recommend to ask for Mark if looking at having work done.

Everything went well. We had them come take out the old closet systems, patch and paint. Then they came back the next week to install the new systems. It was a lot of work and all the staff members were patient, friendly and produced a quality product & install. Any needed modifications during install were done without question and happily.

We were pretty desperate to find a solution to poorly made and installed closet systems, especially those in our kids’ rooms. The last straw was three shelves simultaneously sliding out into my 4 yr old’s arms. I’ve contacted several closet makeover companies to get ideas for something considerably more durable and functional. While they all provide the same service, the quality of product and customer experience are certainly not the same. I was completely blown away when Brady Frost came in to do his design consult. Brady was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and did not lack ability to come up with creative solutions to maximize functionality in smaller spaces. Brady also has a wonderful disposition, making our several hour appointment fly by like a breeze! What I also loved, was Brady’s ability to listen, rather than predominantly pitch his company’s objectives, which is so common in the field. I cannot recommend him enough!

I usually never ever give any bad reviews to anyone. But will make an exception this time. A very unprofessional company. I had an appointment scheduled and confirmed via phone and email for providing consultation for cabinet customization and installation for 3/18/17, in spite of that nobody from there team showed up, neither did they have the curtsey to call and inform us about why they didn't come. I called them multiple times and left voice message as well and its been 3 days and still haven't received any response. They wasted our time and would never recommend them to anyone.

Love Angelina! She is so easy to work with and great with her designs. She made the process seamless and helped with a fast turn around. I can't wait to enjoy my beautiful closets!! I look forward to working with her on future projects.
